I’m from Vellore…My car also same i10 2009 model magna crossed 1 lakh kms and same EPS module fault steering tight….But the EPS warning light will come rarely and not often…Even in Vellore Hyundai showroom they failed to diagnose the problem correctly…Thank God I didn’t change anything there in the showroom and I took my car back to home ….After that i Saw in you tube and came to know about the Chennai car tech and I took my car from Vellore to Chennai Last November to Chennai car tech and left my car to him.. He diagnosed the problem perfectly and changed the EPS module and till now it is working perfectly…👍 Sir is King in diagnosing the problem …Most of the Hyundai cars especially i10’s and i20’s are facing this ECM EPS module failures…

@@sathyanarayanansivakumar9600 Sir Changed original genuine Hyundai’s EPS module which costs 12,000 and for service labour he asked me 900 rupees…And for diagnosing the problem for Scanning my car I think he charged me 750…

You changed EPS bro? Mine is also a Wagon R 2008 model, very well maintained, so I anticipate problems and try best to avoid issues. After 62K mileage a few days the Speedometer/Odometer stopped working, so need to have that fixed soon. The car is very sentimentally attached to me, and I get very upset when it is handled roughly (because it is an "old" model) in authorized serviced center or other places. I like it to be handled as if it is Rolls Royce :-D.
