Can these tyre be used in WagonaR Stingray it comes with 14 inch alloy with 155/65/14.... From company i am thinking to upgrade it to 175/65/14

Hello. I have a Ford Figo. Stock tyres. 175/65/14. Now my friends are saying that I should go. For 165/70/14 (downsize) in order to cut cost. Plz advise
