Jim was right, this is the 500th episode. On his 3000th overall TV appearance, he mentioned that it was the 567th show, aired July 2, 1980, it was once uploaded here but catnap1972 closed his YT account in his own will. I wonder what his other 2433 TV appearances come from prior to that point.

Too bad they didn't have the Run the Board Rules for $500, that would've been a nice hunk of change and too bad Nikki didn't pull a Norma Brown and Shoot the Max Had they had the Run the Board Rule and had she went all the way, it would've been a Nice Round Total of $30,000 $200 for Winning the Game, $1000 for Running the Board Twice in a Row and $28,800 for Shooting the Max in the Money Cards for a Grand Total of $30,000 in Cash But other than that, a great way to Celebrate the 500th Episode of Card Sharks on NBC with the late great Jim Perry God Bless You Jim Perry & Gene Wood, R.I.P. to the both you and until we see ya again, I hope that you reach a MUCH Higher Place
