Goldy is hitting again. Open that front foot a tad to allow the hips to turn Open quicker, u can do that on each delivery, having a nano second shaved off cuz you got your base turning into the pitch. On outside stuff extend arms outward for power or liners the other way.
That 80 slider and 75 dip down breaker Mikalos had looks like Hendricks slow crap he gets away with but dam good, i doubt i could hit that, especially with a mid 90s heater. Finally some run support. Good job Burly. Noot you can't double up batting 3rd. That's the time to look oppo or cut that swing power down to get a liner..batting 3rd is very tuff position, hell bunt down 3rd if they are playing off and deep. See the holes they are allowing kiddo. Power up later. Guys we need a run of wins. Brewers beat the Yankees. 11 inning. We should of had 1 on them we blew. Spilled milk.
Mikolas looking better. Hit 94mph a couple of times and threw some nasty breaking stuff. Starting to have the makings of a decent starting rotation for the fist time in years. Helsley back as a shutdown closer. With some offense, Cardinals could very well be in the mix in Oct.
one thing i hate about national broadcast games, the announcers sound like they have a huge bias. they're always more excited for one team (usually the New York teams, the Dodgers, the Braves). you're supposed to be unbiased. the home annoucers are always better
What's the stutter stepping for ? You probably would of had that Noot at wall had your strides been longer and angle better, especially there at the end. The wall does cut back inward you knew cuz u scout each field and how to b4 game. DC isn't gonna have a job if this CF we got starts hitting. Get off the vacation DC.
The Cardinals haven't been relevant in half a decade. That's being generous. They haven't been real contenders for about a decade now. This is one of the worst times in card's history.
WOW !!!!! Peeps, Manager of the Year Oliver Jose Marmol and his St. Louis Cardinals (the GREATEST team in the league) are like DJ KHALED ... all they do is "win, win, win, no matter what." NO DOUBT the squad TAKES the NL Central, MAKES the postseason once more and in six/seven months (depending on when the games are in October/November), LIFTS that TWELFTH Fall Classic championship! In the bottom of the second inning, things got LEGEN ... wait for it … DARY ! Alec Michael Burleson, the 25-year-old from Charlotte, North Carolina, gets the offense rolling by DEMOLISHING a ball to right center field, driving in co-Most Valuable Players of the League Nolan James Arenado and Paul Edward Goldschmidt. A teammate adds a home run to left center field in the top of the third inning. A GODLY #SCTOP10 catch by center fielder Michael Siani in the bottom of the fourth inning! That CONVINCES ALL the STL is not only the best offensively, but defensively, too. Y'all, give a STANDING OVATION to Miles Tice Mikolas, the 35-year-old from Jupiter, Florida! LIZARD KING was scorching on the mound and had FIVE huge strikeouts. GOLF CLAPS go to Joseph Able "Jojo" Romero, Andrew Michael Kittredge and Ryan Dalton Helsley, all part of the best bullpen in the league, for the UNSTOPPABLE defense! TIME TO FLY !!!!!!! #12in24 #LFGC
