I take medicine for two times but my blood pressure is very high, not controlled. I am restless with headache and neck pain for 4/5 days. I came across your video while searching on RU-vid. I thoroughly enjoyed this workout and am so thankful I found your fitness channel - the sessions are fabulous. One interesting thing I noticed during the session was that you were speaking less throughout the exercises. I think I prefer the balance of speaking and quiet you had going on today because it allows me to listen to your great explanations of the what, how and why of the exercises and then gives my brain time to digest the information and rest/relax/process in the silence. Thank you for your fantastic work !

Im happy Í found Caroline on youtube. Í am 68 and I do it every morning on my balcony. Started doing 10 minutes, then 15 and 30 minutes. Love these workouts !

Perfect total body workout with a nice mix of cardio and strength. Loved it! I plan to do this daily for awhile and I’m anxious to see if my BP responds.
It's perfect. Love it ❤. Today was the first day I was able to ride my dressage horse again with sufficient fitness. My cardio has greatly improved. I felt like a twenty-something on horseback again, even though I am 59. Many thanks Caroline 🥰🥰.

This will be an excellent routine. Thank you. I'll use water bottles, but I think they will suffice. BP 121/70 p 88 after the 10 min. routine. These are so beneficial.

Every other fitness channels guides when we should take 1 minute rest or not 🚫 I did the 10 minutes one & this one without rest & while doing it i started feeling a big bone in my lower back like it's about to break 💔 even tho the exercises are great & infective you should say when we should take rest or not. 🤷🏻♂️ Ty 👍🏻 From Mauritius 🇲🇺🙏🏻
A perfect mix of cardio, strength and a lovely cool down and stretch at the end. I suffer from high BP which this workout targets and is wonderful, but this workout is for Everyone. Thanks Caroline!
