I googled “how to lower BP” and found your videos. I followed this routine for a week (2-3x daily) and lowered my BP almost instantly! I will continue following this routine for my heart health, mind and body! Thank you Caroline! ❤
@@maladevi3958I’m in this boat now. 38 years old and always practiced yoga for 10+ years. Everything stopped after Covid and my BP is sky high. Now taking medicines for a few months. Going to try these exercises daily, plus 10mins of cardio sprinkled in a few times a week. Seems like the comments vouch for the effectiveness but I want to try for myself. As I watch these moves, I am noticing it looks A LOT like the movements in the series from the early 2000’s called “Slim In Six”. Google it…might not find the videos but funny to see they’re similar. I lost 50 lbs on SlimIn6 in 2010. 🤷♀️

Make sure to check bp a hour after not right after this routine, it will be higher than normal as expected after working out. .Are you still doing this? It seems to be the best online free one.
Caroline I've been doing several of you lower blood pressure and blood sugar work outs the past few weeks and my blood sugar is in the normal range for the first time in 10 years!
I tried your workout to see for myself. Before workout 169/94/56. After workout 155/86/58….I’ll be incorporating your low impact workouts with my light weight training routine. 👍🏾👍🏾
I don't know why working out is so hard. It is so effective for all over well-being. I love these short easy but not easy routines you have put on RU-vid. My bp is trending down while I lower my dose of medication. Thanks so much for the insight and motivation.
Hello Caroline, I can’t thank you enough for this video, my BP was 158/80 and was suffering with headaches as a result and was recommended to take BP drugs which I really wanted to avoid so I’ve been doing this routine once and most times twice a day for the last month and I can’t believe it but my BP is now 125/65, headaches gone and I feel so much better and love this as I don’t hurt after doing the exercises, just feel invigorated. I started yesterday as Day #1 with 2 sessions. My BP begore was at 146/102 after a sleeplessness, restless night. This morning it was 125/86 and I just completed my 1st session today. Thank you so much for movement medicine ❤😊

Hi Caroline 🎉my readings for my blood pressure are lowering. I feel great and have also joined you on a walk after I have eaten as the weather in the UK is horrible, so what better than an indoor walk 🎉 makes me feel good and I remain dry.😊
