Here's my favourite way to eat corn! It's tossed in a spicy, seasoned butter and is sure to have you addicted after the first taste!
Here's what you'll need:
8-10 corn
salt (to your preference)
black pepper
1 tablespoon aleppo pepper powder
1 cup of bandhania/shadon beni/culantro, chopped finely
1 cup of coconut milk
2-3 scotch bonnet peppers
12-15 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup of butter (I use Kerrygold)
