OMG.... this pumpkin soup with dumplings looks so good. I love butternut squash soup so I know this is great. I am making the spinach fritters but I am using coconut flour and no scotch bonnet pepper they are hard to find here.
Love your soup I have been doing it all the time I just want you to send me the recipe with the summer juice when you add the sea mask in it and I enjoy every Remember tough your program thank you so much
I love your channel! I tried the rasta pasta it was delicious, can't wait to try this. I'm so glad I can have the West Indian food I love, but a healthy vegan version, peace and blessings to you and your family.
I'm so happy you enjoyed the recipe! That's one thing we couldn't really find when we transitioned into the plant based world. There were lots of trial and errors but we are happy to be able to have our island food and share.
As someone who cooks. I can tell it taste good by looking at it. What where the dry ingredients tho? However this is the ideal meal I need in my life today. So I'm going to make it with my own little trini twist. From the time I saw the seamoss come out I know it fire.
It looks delicious and easy to make. You're likable and the video is well done, but not listing the ingredients is a big negative. A link to them is not good enough. If I wanted to look up recipes online, I wouldn't be here watching videos.
+Sakinah Salaam here is the link to the seamoss. Sorry if it was not clear in the video. www.caribsunsations.com/product-page If tou have any questions please feel free to ask. Peace and love to you.
Greeting Tea Brown. The pumpkin and yam are not on Dr Sebi's list. These foods do contain starch. If you are following Dr. Sebi's list exclusively, then you and always substitute these items. This channel is more for the people who are trying to make a transition, but do not know where to start. I will have to do a video addressing this topic because it seems to come up a lot. I used to follow the list exclusively until I saw that Dr. Sebi himself was not following his own list. No disrespect to him at all, but I would rather choose to eat pumpkin and yam and follow more of an Ital vegan lifestyle which is 100% plant based, and still take my herbs than to promote a list that I did not follow. He never hid the fact that he ate fish. It just seems like everyone is turning a blind eye to that fact. Out of respect for the ancestor I would not have said anything if he did not make it public record by saying it in interviews. I thank him for his teachings and may he rest in peace. He changed my life in 1999 when I discovered his teachings. After I came back from Honduras in 2012, I started to see things differently. I will address that in a video as well. Much love to you Tea Brown and thank you for your comment. :)

OMG!!! I dunno bout anyone else, but that facial expression suggests you weren't enjoying it as much as you tried to let on.. What Caribbean are you from btw? Cuz honey, that is not how we do pumpkin soup in the Caribbean...
Not sure what video you were watching but I thoroughly enjoy this recipe every week. If you kept watching, you would see that I kept eating even when the video was over. 🤷🏿♂️ I was born in Kingston, Jamaica. Raised Saint Ann prior to moving to the United States. Did you actually make the recipe before leaving a comment? Or are you basing this on what you may be use to? 🤔 I clicked on your profile to see how it should be done since you are not too fond of mine. However, much to my dismay, I did not find a video. 😔 You are entitled to your own opinion and I thank you for leaving a comment. However, it is much easier to tell someone else what is wrong with what they are doing than it is to put your creations on display for the world to see. If you have a recipe, they may I suggest that you upload it to your channel so that we can all benefit from your "Authentic Caribbean Recipe". I understand that people may not like some of the recipes that I post. However, the like-to-dislike ratio on this particular video suggests that many people do like the recipe and find it helpful. In these current times, helping each other is ALL that matters. Have a great day 💚💛❤ P.S. What part of the Caribbean are you from?
