Carless Carting 

The plaintiff says she was in her parked car at the grocery store when the careless defendant’s shopping cart crashed into her door and damaged it. She’s suing for the cost of repairs. The defendant says it was a snowy, windy day, and the wind blew it toward the plaintiff’s car. She claims she owes nothing.
