We were on the Magic October 1st for a 5 day cruise, and parked in the tower next to the Sheraton. It was about a block away, walked right up to the cruise terminal and walked right on. It was very easy. And disembarking was just as easy. 🛳✌️

Glad the Florida ports have better logistics. That looked pretty horrendous. Last cruise I went on took about 15 minutes from parking the car to being on the ship!

We went out of Norfolk in June. Had a great cruise. Have a friend that lives downtown with an extra parking spot and was able to leave the car at his building. Soooo Lucky. 5 minute walk for us and we saw how packed the streets were and the lines of cars and busses!

I like to add that you can stay across the water in Portsmouth and take the ferry (arrives every half hour) over to the terminal directly across the river. It is a short stroll along the seawall walk to the terminal.

Hooray! Onto a new series! I didn't realize that Magic looked so retro. Makes me want to get back on Breeze to see if it's like that. Hi guys! Looking forward to this series. I got off the Magic the day you got on. The entire port logistics were horrible! Calamari: I love Calamari and made a point of ordering it and yes, it was very thick and chewy, nearly inedible and I didn't finish it. Some other food items were also hit or miss too.

This is so interesting for me. I went on my first cruise ever to Bermuda and I watched alot of your videos leading up to my cruise. Ironically, I realized that y'all have never been. So it will be a different perspective to see you visit a place for the first time that I've visited.

We live in Virginia Beach and were fortunate enough to be able to take an Uber… Still waiting outside the port was not good in May when we went… But we were blessed with a sunny day… The port of Norfolk could be really really good if they would just work on the parking issue and not having to stand on line outdoors… Looking forward to your series on the magic!!

Hey guys, fun seeing the Magic, we did the Bermuda cruise from NY on Labor Day, check out our series :-). Yeah the Calamari is hit and miss. So it was awesome on the Mardi Gras and on the Magic too. Just off the Liberty and it was rubbery:-(. Had it in Bermuda at the bar&grill closest to the ship and it was so rubbery it was inedible.. great vlog!

We contemplated (and even went to) Cedar Grove. It was early and they hadn't opened for new cruisers yet. We then went to Dominion (right by Sheraton) and parked there. Walked about 3 blocks, got there early and wasn't turned away for early arrival. Checked in and waited about 45 mins in a room. We got lucky, it got super congested at the port about 10 am. Knowing what we do now about that Port. We definitely would do it the same way. For us, it turned out to be one of the easiest and quickest parking and boarding processes yet.

I was also searching for parking other than Cedar Grove. Yep, not a lot of info on the website. We’ve considered staying at an airport hotel and Ubering over to port…..but still researching options.

Thought you lived in Hampton Roads. Should have ubered or lyft. Its about $30 and so easy. we did it twice with no issues out of Norfolk.

@@anitaclue9868 they drop off right in front of the terminal. in the roundabout next to nauticus. so convenient. we left from va beach near the courhouse and it was about $30. better then trying to fight the parking situation down there.

I love your earrings Dee they are really cute! I was just wondering, is there a reason this sailing isn't in the playlist? I've seen some of these videos pop up on my news feed as well as they're on your page under under videos but your Magic and Celebrity Beyond aren't in there. This is the first time I've seen this happen and I love watching thru the playlist so I can just get continuous play to the next video in sequence I love that you do the playlist right, thank you!! What time did your boarding pass tell you guys to arrive at the terminal? Curious how long it took to process everything once you actually got inside the terminal. We will be getting dropped off a few blocks away that morning to avoid the price of parking and the traffic.

We’ve almost completed the fleet, and should have it knocked out by the end of 2023! We still need Paradise, Dream, Celebration, Jubilee, and Luminosa, but we have all of them booked. Hoping to add Venezia and Firenze when the dates get released!! :D
