Let's make breakfast together. This is a typical Carnivore Diet Breakfast for me. 1lb ground beef and 4 eggs with butter and salt. it's so simple, easy, and convenient. music: www.bensound.com #carnivorediet #carnivorebreakfast
Alright I think I am ready to tell what I felt on a 30 days carnivore diet. I am an Indian student who moved to Australia for studies. I suffered with eczema and mild depression my whole life. When I came to Australia I was in my optimal health as I was working out 7 days a week and eating good but in Australia I got into eating junk food and suffered the biggest eczema flareup and depression altogether. Since I heard about this lion diet I got intrigued that WHAT IF it cures me and man of man. I have just completed 30 days my eczema is went away, depression is gone. I have unlimited energy. I am again working out 7 days a week, I am full time MBA student , I workout 6 days a week and I am a full time chef and I still sleep like a baby. Trust me this diet is a magic. Please give it a go guys. PS - I EAT LAMB AND SALMON CUZ I CANT EAT BEEF
Fantastic 👍 I'm Carnivore since a year and I had many positive results in arthrose, inflammation, migraines and energy 👌 I mostly eat Beef, butter, bacon and eggs with some sardines, pork grind and very little bit of fat cheese.
@@StoneMountainAdventures I don’t understand how people can say this diet is bullshit. I’ve listen to probably 100s of RU-vidrs and read hundreds of comments along with hours of Reddit posts and the results are extremely consistent.
@@StoneMountainAdventures I’m sure theres a bunch of haters out there hollerin about the environment and cholesterol. People have been brainwashed that beef=bad. LOL! Thats why i was glad to see support commenters :). I’ll definitely check out you other videos though. Im doing a carnivore/ketovore cycle diet and looking for ideas :)
I cook the egg whites into the beef and when it's done I mix the yolk into it, making sure to mix well so it covers everything and gets combined with the fat. The yolk and fat basically makes a gravy and it's amazing
@@HerrEngelsman I do it a few ways actually, depends on how I feel like having the yolk. Usually I turn the stove off then put the yolks in and start mixing it all up right away which I'm sure cooks the yolk since everything is still really hot, but sometimes I'll let it cool a bit before mixing it in so the yolk isn't cooked all that much by the heat. If I don't want the yolk cooked at all, then obviously I just wait till I have all the meat and fat in a bowl and cooled off a bit before mixing in the yolk. I've gotten to like a more raw tasting yolk lately, not to mention it's technically healthier when raw, so I prefer to let it all cool off enough before adding the yolk. Doing it while it's still hot definitely combines it with the fat better though, giving more of a gravy. Really it comes down to preference, so just try different wait times and see what works best for you.
My man eating right out the frying pan lol. Nice. I do carnivore also. I hate ground beef and eggs together so my breakfast is usually 5 eggs and 6 pieces of bacon. Then for lunch/dinner i’ll do all my red meat. Ribeyes and ground beef. Keep at it. Carnivore changed my life and made me feel the best i ever have.
I have been on the carnivore diet 48 days now and feel AMAZING! 🤩 18 lbs down, no symptoms of anything I had before that ailed me- GERD, candida, constant fatigue, gut dysbiosis, ADHD, skin issues, acne, constant coughing, and more- all GONE!! ❤ (I still have ADHD, but haven’t needed my Adderall in 3 days!) I am now telling the world about it!!
@@heymanhaha I noticed a huge difference in a week in how I felt, but I had been inflamed and just feeling bad for so long that it was a HUGE difference. I’m now 170 days in and it just heels getting better and better!! I do plan to add a few carbs back and do more of a ketovore approach, but I will always be low carb.
@NurseKimberlyLane I see. Thanks for sharing. I'm so happy for you. I'm experiencing the worst eczema flare up of my life and after 20 days of carnivore, I hadn't noticed much difference in my skin (but better energy for sure). So I stopped for now but definitely low carb is the way to go for me too. Much blessings to you
Looks good. I would say about a 1400 calorie meal but with thermic effect of protein, probably only about 1000 net calories. And this meal should keep you full for a long time! Eating this way gives you freedom from food. Don't have to think about or eat food all the time. That might be the best benefit of carnivore!
I eat a variety of eggs and ground beef every morning… Sometimes I add hard cheese… The various ways of seasoning ground beef keeps it from ever getting old! 🧂Lily🧂
Vital farms eggs are easily the best commercial eggs you can buy. They also do a grassfed butter that rivals Kerrygold. I like to buy the Vital farms butter because I want them to keep going for a long time
Their eggs are amazing!! Just check the dates. For some reason, our grocery store never rotates stock soon enough and I ended up buying rotten eggs twice.... overpriced at that! 😄
That's my style of breakfast 😋 Most of the time I scrambled the eggs all together with the beef. But I like the idea of not cooked yolk 👌 I will try it soon.
Must've been late to the show. Everyone in the carnivore diet community raved about kerry gold then one day there was a headline about them being fakes lol
In 2023, I lost 39 pounds on the carnivore diet from May to November then the holidays kicked in. I decided to go off the diet to get through the holidays and just enjoy myself. Gained 13 pounds from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day back on the carnivore diet for the year. I love it.
This is basically my OMAD except that I cook the whites into the beef and then mix the (6) yolks in once it has cooled down after cooking. I also add very generous amounts of bacon grease and tallow. Cooking, eating, and cleanup takes maybe 30 minutes and it only costs me a little over $5 per meal.
I have been experimenting with keto, waterfasting, intimate fasting for a year or so. Got myself down from 19st to 16 and couldnt.get any lower. I then saw the carnivore diet. Went on the most extreme version. (Just beef) everything cooked in beef dripping. Been 2 weeks tomorrow and im now on 15 stone exactly. Carnivore/beef only works. It works because its what our human bodies are designed to eat. My mood has felt amazing and honestly mybself asteam has never been higher! Love it. Black coffee nonsugar or milk and water is allni drink and i do smoke. I have 1 meal normally a packet of 20% fat beef mince smashed into burger form and fried until crisp but juicy. Then i cook a steak or 2 to snack on through the evening ifni get peckish. 0 excersize except work which is 4 hours most days whizzing around a shop floor. Will increase excersize in the next few days as wanted my body to adjust to my diet 1st. 1 stone is 14 lb lost in just under 2 weeks. Love it!
Mom of 6, 5 are boys. I love that I am no longer a slave to food. What should I make for breakfast, lunch , dinner. This constant pressure of what to make. Simple answers now. Fast healthy meals for everyone.
Good morning. Im not sure how long you've been eating this way. But i will say that im glad to have come across your channel, and that your skin looks really good! 😊
Just switched to carnivore last month from Keto, Stil kinda miss my avacados and mushrooms with my ribeyes, but damn the pain in my knee is gone completly and still losing the same amount of weight, 250lbs down since Jan , now im averaging about 30 lbs a month last 3 months, and carnivore is looking to be the same weight loss wise, but u definatly feel like superman on the carnivore, thats a real thing.
Down 20 pounds in 3 weeks. I work out twice a day 6 days a week mostly weightlifting some cardio early morning and night. I eat 1500 calories a day. I feel great I’m cutting fat and gaining muscle.
I hope this guy has kept it up. A diet is a very difficult commitment. I gained like 25/30 lbs over the course of a year from bad diet habits, moving on to a desk job, and no longer exercising and working at a restaurant where it was hard to eat. Will also add, I think the amount eaten should eventually decrease. It’s lean and high in protein, but still heavy on the calorie side. I decided to cut, and lost 50 lbs, being lighter than I was in high school (only 23). It took 5 months, but it was a very difficult process.
That skillet was handed down to me from my grandmother. It's just marked with an 8. Not sure if it's a brand name or not. I've got quite the collection of cast iron lol but can't get my wife to cook with it.
@@StoneMountainAdventures my wife and I had used Teflon skillets for years but now getting back to cast iron. Properly seasoned and cared for they are non-stick also. We live about an hour and a half from Sevierville. Might have to take a trip to the Lodge outlet beside SMKW!!!
I love my lodge cast iron. My husband always puts it away with his camping stuff and I have to go hunting for it when I need to cook sometimes. I need to just get him his own.
