Just wondering if the carnivore diet is OK for people with high blood pressure problems? 🤔

Well like I said in the clip I took it upon myself to do this without medical advice and it's up to the watcher to make their own decision. My blood pressure was at times over 160 and now around 140. I don't have that thumping in my head anymore and a big reduction of heart palpitations almost zero. I think when I'm a bit further on and start doing some exercise this will improve even further. Rik

I watched the video of u buliding the new roof on your house.. we are looking to build in the Philippines (Isabella) and that insulation roof is what i want too use… my question is where did u buy the roofing from?
