Crispy! I usually cut mine into the pan with scissors to make the bits before the bacon is cooked. I find it all crisps very well that way when I need bits!
Looking forward to trying this! Thank you I wrote down the recipe as you made the gravy. The recipe link is bringing up an ERROR page so I am not sure what changes you made. Perfect timing for Thanksgiving. Thx again
Never liked Turkey either but once I found a high heat recipe that cooks it in about 2-1/2 hours and it always turned out nice. It was from a San Francisco Chef named Chef Marc.
I tried parboiling the bacon 1st, then grilled it in my fry pan. I like soft bacon. Then I use a little organic spicy brown mustard (no sugar, of course) 😊
We make our own breakfast sausage. I'm thinking trying it with that🤔🤔🤔 but this does look delicious. I like my bacon anywhere from limpy to crispy. Depending on what I'm fixing with it🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Definitely team crispy, I also like to cut them up ito 2" pieces before cooking, they seem to cook faster and I can chop them into bits or they can be eaten as snacks which all my boys (men) love.
Looks yummy! I’ll give it a go, hopefully will marry up with a roast lamb, lamb shanks or beef brisket 🤝 Beautiful kitchen by the way! Greetings from Aus 🇦🇺🤙🏾
Could I use the gelatin that’s in the unflavored Knox gelatin packets? Thank you for all of the food ideas you share. Really appreciate the time you put in for others. ❤
Crispy for sure! Unfortunately a couple of family members can't do pork due to religion. Several others are dairy free! Help. Do you have a pork free, dairy free carnivore recipe?
The link worked for me, she added 2 ounces of cream cheese. Then 1/2 cup heavy cream plus and 3/4 cup beef bone broth as another option. Hope this helps you.
