We don't have egg white powder here in Zambia. How many egg whites should I use??

You must use egg white powder or it won't work. You can make your own by dehydrating egg whites. It takes A LOT of egg whites to make the powder 🙏

Either way. It doesn't matter how you stack them as long as you don't exceed 3 PSMF per any 7 day period :)

Instead of carton egg whites? Yes. But, you need the dried egg whites too or it won't turn out 🙏

I have been on carnivore 12/27/23. I have hashimoto's, fibromyalgia, full body, constipation always, type 2, acid reflux and I could go on. I don't cheat, I have gone 18 hour fast several times, quite most of my meds., and weight goes up and down in a 10 pound range. I was in a wheel chair for years out mostly now . In my 70's. Try to get on treadmill I bought for this. On canes outside so I don't fall. I am at a loss. What can you tell me to do that I am not already trying please. I welcome your thoughts

Any reason why you could not use the egg white powder reconstituted with water rather than the carton or fresh egg whites?

It won’t turn out the same. If you omit the egg white power you will just end up with a giant meringue.

@@MariaEmmerich How would you mix the egg white powder into the egg whites thoroughly if your stand mixer doesn't go up and down to mix it in? Would you just have to fold the top layer into the egg whites and mix it in again. My stand mixer doesn't go up and down like yours did to properly mix it in like yours does.

I was at a restaurant that had potato fries with Rosemary aioli...omg, that aioli was so good. Don't know how they made it except I could tell it had finely chopped and baked Rosemary, yum!

I just found your channel. You are doing an amazing job. i have severe osteoarthritis, and just a little bit of cartilage in one knee and none in the other one. I also have rickets due to having dangerously vitamin d levels. My legs are badly deformed. I have to use a wheelchair and a walker when i get around. Im very over weight. I weighed more than 350 I really need some help. I don't know how much your book is. I really wish I could afford it. Keep up your amazing work.❤

Be careful with ALLULOSE - different brand are different - many brands give me diarrhea/gas - so far the Anthony’s brand zero side effects. Just seems odd that same ingredient but different brands are not the same…. (And yes the listed ingredient in other I have tried have only listed “allulose”)
