Isn't it a lot to expect Carolyn to learn from experience? Casinos and Wal-Mart used to be RV-friendly places to get free overnight parking, but COVID-19 gave them an opportunity to change this policy by not reinstating 24-hour operations (Wal-Mart), and closing free overnight parking area for RVs at casinos to force RVers to use the casino's RV park. These policies are unlikely to change in a more permissive direction. There is also greater enforcement of overnight parking bans at rest areas.

Well you see Andrew, when you are a couple, as I am, around our house we call them "pink" and "blue" jobs. Now, I can mow and edge the lawn as well as any man out there, and my right hand Man, can prepare a pot roast as well as I can, and has done so when my work day ended later than his. It comes down to preferences. I would rather get the pot roast ready for the crock pot at 8:30AM when he has barely rolled out of bed, in search of his first cup of the day, and he would rather mow the lawn at 5 PM as the shade comes over the yard, while I am kicking back in my favourite garden chair sipping a glass of chilled white, watching him mow the lawn. Dinner's on.......and an end to another lovely blooming spring day on sunny Vancouver Island. (Now that is the real shocking part - the lovely warm sunshine).

Let me quantify my reply. I was a military brat and a military wife. Living in the European theater, about 10 years after World War II. Yes, I'm old!. It is always it's always the same rhetoric with people who put down the USA freedom and rights, till they live in a country where people just don't give a damn what your opinion is. I'm guessing she did not study The male dominated Hispanic culture and the machismo goes along with That attitude. I have no respect for people who do not appreciate their rights and freedom and they have never lived anywhere outside their little glass houses. So sad. Too bad.

Have you seen the videos by Tenaj and Tino travels about their RV being confiscated due to them trying to drive thru Mexico without a TIP? I’m no expert on the topic, but they seem to be playing dumb (assuming they’re playing) and acting like they did nothing wrong, and didn’t know they needed a TIP 🤔, but to me I’m honestly surprised they weren’t arrested. Just wondering what your thoughts are on that and what’s the process of caught doing that, because I’ve never heard of anyone trying to drive through Mexico without a TIP.

That a good point regarding communist countries. In all communist countries, men and women get the same pay for the same work position. There is no gender bias. Also all college education is free.
