As a local from Albuquerque, the problem resides with prosecution and with too many Judges releasing these violent offenders, and especially repeat violent offenders. Too many individuals being let go without adequate jail or prison time. We need them to do the time if they do the crime! The problem isn't Guns or Legal Gun Owners. The problem is, these criminals and these young upcoming criminals know they won't have to serve time for very long and most of their homies simply just get released over and over again. If you do the Crime, You Must Do The Time!!!

Any law written in violation of the constitution is a non law. Governor you don't have the authority to override the constitution. Unalienable means "They cannot be surrendered, nor can they be legislated away". PERIOD.
