Watching the video at 0.25x analysing the movements… 😂 best carving I have seen, in my opinion. Training with the notes I take from your videos!

Love the over head to the rear shots - lot to be learned from that. I so so wish you guys would do helmet cam in the bumps too.

Reminds me of Peter Resmann ("Resl"), one of the best ski instructors in Austria. Sadly, he left us too early ;-(

Awesome video Paul... curios to know your ski particulars... brand, length and the resort where the vid was shot. Well done and I will use this as an example as to carve down Upper Hughs Heaven then swing over to lower Panorama. Have to say the carving IMHO is equal to any powder day.. again just my idea, as we get way more carving days than pow days so you want to take advantage of the corduroy. Cheers.

I'm a PP subscriber. Really like Legacy 1 and 2. Paul, are you subtly dropping or flexing near end of turns to assist with fore aft movement?

Fantastic turns Paul. Now checking the video closely I realise how "shorter" your poles are from the so-typical "inverted pole - 90 degrees to the elbow recommendation" so wrongly spread around. We can tell from your video that the length of the poles DO NOT BOTHER you in short turns, and allow you to have a nice rhythm and flow, with a pole planting /marking and pace keeping. If you were to add 15 cm to each pole you would be holding your fist (in preparation) almost at forehead level.

Thanks Santi. Appreciate the comment. I made a short video on pole length that you might like also: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G6iBVxbgX-8.html

@@paullorenz6389 thank you Paul! I did in fact switched to extendable poles too. I bought myself the Leki venom vario 3D, probably the most expensive pole out there for sure, but fortunately I managed to get a good deal with one store.
