@@EricGreniervideono it wasnt it was on the ground in the doorway next to a sandal. Safety on, unfired. Angles through doors and fence make it impossible for casey to have pointed it at him. Also he was unlocking the door with one hand with his keys with subway in the other. Keys found in the door. Photos of him with airpods in. A cop testified he was told not to collect the airpods as evidence.

A cop seeing a black man he shoots, nothing new, mr Goodson NEVER pointed a gun at the officer, however it is very possible the officer "THOUGHT" he did by not complying to the cops command, that rightfully so would be a little bit confusing. If a cop tells me to drop the gun he sees or thinks I have, and I don't actually have a gun in my hand, then I can not possibly drop this, and if the cop then see me move around in a manner he is trained to see aas a threat , he is till 100% in the wrong by shooting, as he is the ONLY ONE seeing the imaginary threat.

The medical examiner found evidence of him being shot in the back, and the bullets traveled through the storm door. The cop said he turned and raised his firearm. The medical examiner's account matches the family's, not the cop's.

Most people dont carry 2-3 sandwiches, their keys and a gun in their hands. We know he opened his door (so his keys were in hand) and walked through (some of the shots passed through his storm door before hitting him). i am more inclined to believe the cop shot a random Black person than a Black dude with full hands waived a weapon at a cop, then calmly walked away.
Every brutal killers family say the same thing. He was such a nice person. There were no witnesses. So when the cop radioed he has a man with a gun and needs help before the shooting, was the cop making that up? And how did the cop know he was armed? Was he making that up? And the facts prove that Goodson was armed. No one disputes he had a gun.. And the gun fell to the ground after he was shot so Goodson didn't have it holstered, he had it out. If Goodson was white this would have been ruled a good shooting and no charges filed. The cop will be cleared as he is innocent.
