I want the Castlevania DS collection.

For some reason whenever Victor said "Welcome to Judgment Day!" Back in '02 It made me feel warm & fuzzy inside. Victor is more like a friend talking with you about video games than someone just talking at you about video games.

I was very happy to find out that the CASTLEVANIA ADVANCE COLLECTION is also on the PlayStation 4. I have the originals but it's always nice to earn trophies for games you like.

great review. I'm going to wait until it goes on a big sale ... not only because these are old games or because the first collection went on big sales, but because I'm going to get it on physical as i expect limited run to make a part 2!

Been enjoying this as well! Circle of the Moon got me into the series, and Aria of Sorrow is one of the best games out there, so I'm really glad Konami put in some capital to have a solid job done on this collection! Now let's get those DS Castlevania gems into a collection and then we're all caught up so Konami can finally have someone make a new Castlevania game and hopefully have it be good!

2 years since this was uploaded and I finally got my physical copy today! Thanks limited run! 😂 I kid, I kid… (kinda) I got the “advanced edition” and it really is an awesome little bundle, just took a while to finally get it in my hands

Castlevania X, you can get the source material on the Symphony of the Night Collection. It is called Rondo of Blood. By the way, if you have a PS4Pro, or PS5, those games renders natively at 4K A superb job done by M2

The CV GBA trilogy is amazing. Each one is a marvel, visuals, soundtrack, gameplay. Love all three. Funny how CoTM was released during the dark ages of the GBA. I remember getting my copy, having to find light just to play it. HOD & AoS are fantastic as well. Later I did find a GB player. That made a huge difference to see all three so much better. Hopefully DoS, PoR, and OoE will have their own collection soon. Dracula X Vampire's Kiss. I never owned a SNES. But I remember hearing how tough it was.

There was a disney classis games collection a couple of years ago. I highly recommend if you like that stuff. It was only two games, so not much of a "collection", but it was still fun revisiting those games. Plus there was lots of bonus content like artwork and interviews with the developers.

GBA was an amazing little handheld. So many awesome games for it. SotN is not the higher water mark of IGAvania, in my opinion. That would be Portrait of Ruin.

This collection is amazing! So far I’ve completed circle of the moon, which is now in my top 10 games of all time, it is such a rewarding experience. I’m playing harmony of dissonance and I can’t wait to move on to aria of sorrow, seeing as before this, the only castlevania game I completed was dawn of sorrow on the nds.

I wish they would make a Castlevania V.R. version going through forests, cemeteries, Dracula's castle

Sry, but, circle looks much better than harmony or aria. Mainly because of the dull colors or the butt ugly outlines or the "shadow" you draw behind yourself in aria. Especially in dark, atmospheric areas where both sequels just had washed out grey as black.

Castlevania on switch gets a 9 out of 9

I got a better idea. Emulate them on PC instead. You have a lot more filter options, resolution options, etc, and it's free.
