@@illford the question is, when was the „cut-off point“ between Gen Z and Gen Alpha? Or rather, did Gen Alpha experience the horror that is Andrew Tate (and his cronies)? If so, we’re f-. If not, there’s still hope.
@@lucaxtshotting2378 nah, there's still this idea that chessmasters are super wise and all that. It's no wonder that playing chess is still seen as a sign of intelligence. It's total bs of course, but the general population still has this idea.
@@lucaxtshotting2378 only at the very highest levels, as you can get very far by spending a lot of time memorizing openings and strategies, which doesn't take a high IQ at all.
Also in the future, to anticipate Nh5, play this, so that you have this, then your bishop is bit chilling, not to be confused with bing chilling. Uhh Zǎoshang hǎo zhōngguó xiànzài wǒ yǒu BING CHILLING shi huan BING CHILLING.
@@100Hasake Fr? As someone who does not know chinese, that sounded pretty damn close to it. And if you do know chinese, well I'm sorry it didn't come out fluently. But to you're average person, that wasn't half bad at all. In fact, it was an extremely impressive impersonation (of the John Cena clip at least).
@@meciocio As an impersonation, it wasn't half bad. But not its accuracy or validity. I would think that the average person who does not speak Chinese would be very impressed by that, because I certainly could not replicate the John Cena clip like that. If you want to be serious, Levy probably can't speak Chinese very well, if at all. And if that's just him replicating the overall feel of the clip, then geez, that's more than just half bad. That's pretty impressive.
@@shanewright4650 agreed, and i'm glad you said that. even the people who do speak chinese fluently and/or natively would likely not care that much if his accent was bad. i just think that there's no way that people should be lurking in the comment section of youtube ready to pounce when they see something, like your comment, that's designed to give people a little chuckle and to make the target feel good. even so, if these people are worried about accuracy, i saw another comment here that was from a chinese speaker saying that his speech was good enough that he was understandable, which means that even if his accent wasn't on par with native speakers, he still managed to get the point of the sentence across.
one of my favorite things is how in the original john cena clip, i see people saying "i speak chinese and don't understand what he's saying" while in clips of people QUOTING john cena i see more people say "i speak chinese and this makes perfect sense." i can't tell if it's a meme in a meme, or if people are actually outdoing john cena in chinese
John Cena’s mandarin is actually pretty good. There’s definitely an accent and sometimes the tones are a bit off but it’s still quite understandable. Don’t know what’s with the people who say they can’t understand him, it’s definitely much better than in this video.
His pronunciation is impressively good, a little more work and it can easily pass as native. I also find it humorous that I am watching this currently in China and my Chinese relative knew what he was referencing
YEAH IT SOUNDS WEIRD????? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qK1oN9dBs5A.html this is the original. I think this person must have accidentally shited the pitch up of the audio somehow because it does not sound like his normal voice
It’s crazy how people who, I know for a FACT can’t speak Chinese so effortlessly say that phrase, it’s insane, incredible, and quite possibly mind boggling.
If nothing else this silly ass moment let me as a London player remember I can always do this for my dark squared bishop if need be so it is big chilling, not to be confused with bing chilling-
