La Lande seams to be a jumping board for creative people to find their next direction. Ghost Henri promised the right people for La Lande. He didnt promise they'd stay forever.

Only at Chateau de LaLande can you have a video about priceless royal antiques at Christie's followed by a video about everyone chipping in to troubleshoot leaking radiator pipes. You have to get the heat fixed, we certainly don't want Amuary wearing a shirt if he doesn't have to.

Omg, the little bird decoration. My mum bought the exact same as this when I was born 62yrs ago and it now hangs on my tree.

At first it was like Lalande was crying through its radiators to see so many people go but then the situation devolved into Fawlty Towers Chateau Edition. What can one do but laugh when so much goes awry. Amaury is an absolute star for all that running around. I hope the heating system can be fixed smoothly. Also Terry's gift is beautiful and well-suited! He has a talent for this.

Only can Chateau de La Lande have good come from catastrophe with laughter and song! Radiators leaking and such hard work for all. But we have Amaury and Dan at the helm ready to do the work and get all things going once more. Then a birthday party is put together through it all! LOL I love it! Houses are great, but when things go wrong it is so hard. Thank God La Lande has people who can be there to work as it is hard getting carpenters/ Plumbers and Masons as well as anything else to help with homes. Times like this people cannot wait! They are so busy now or in my area and cannot get help for themselves, it is hard to get help for any of us any longer. It costs alot too. I do think Selmar and Tatyana will be happy with a new Chateau of their own if they do find this all goes through well for them. Glad they found one they love and it has a dance *ball room/s for them to be able to have dancing and Selmar can teach. He loves it. Wishing them well. I was surprised though as did not expect it 'quite yet.' But he has tried to find the right place for his dancing. Seeing Cat leave was very hard and even I felt horrible as see how she is loved so much. She is able to keep everyone so joyful no matter what. But Stephanie is like this too and in the midst of chaos she can find the shining star! This is so very needed, especially on this day. Heat and water are more precious than we know until we do not have it and it is cold out! Beautifully done! All ended up fine in the end, thank goodness!

What a drama, living in Australia, I know nothing about radiators, but know what it's like to wake up at 4am and hear rain pouring through the kitchen ceiling... just dive for the biggest stock pot and call the builder - every home needs an Amaury!
