What's all the chatter about stress cracks on catamarans? I own a 12 year old Seagull Nautico and it doesn't have a single stress crack anywhere.

I have talked with cat owners and here is what they tell me. The cat will ride a lot smoother but at rest in seas the mono will roll less.

Lot in this Add is wrong! Modern deepV Hulls with stepped Hull are riding on an airpocket, no Catamaran can give you that smooth ride and most Cats crack after 2-3 seasons, because of the construction a of cat!

Rule: Don't go out when the weather is bad...in any boat!

This guy is selling crap to sell his boat, a catamaran cant beat a deep v hull in stability in high seas, catamaran are faster but in high seas no stability. I have an outerlimits P40 that goes over 160 mph in very rough seas, my dad catamaran flipped backward in the same sea conditions. Catamaran more stable in high seas!!!!!! Complete bullshit.
