Had to head back to the rocks and take advantage of a great swell and low wind day! Https://www.fishermanslife.net for the backpack, Long sleeves or Jiggy Jigs
Love them old school catch & cooks! First video I've seen was your crab snaring at the jetty and it got me 'hooked' onto your camp and trout videos. Bring back the fish, avocado, and just 'a little bit of butter' one pan recipes!
Little bit of all is awesome! I’ve been injured and out of commission for over a year and have not been able to do any fishing. So I’m living that life through you, I appreciate all you do with your videos!
Keep is fresh with the mix. Always love the adventures, especially with the outages of oops and fish bloody knife buttered bread. It's real, it life, it happens and you don't see that on other channels. Thank you keeping it real and bringing us along for the ride. Aloha
You fish like we did back in the day. All my brothers and I. Anywhere and anytime. Just to be outside with nature and enjoying the view. The catch was never what we truly wanted. Just the memories. Keep it up Lakay!!!
What’s cool about you man is that you slay salmon on your boat, go to Alaska ect..but still take it way back and do things that anyone can do like go throw a swim bait off the rocks and cook them up right there and then. Those are the videos I started watching when you had like 10k subs. Congrats on your YT success! Really appreciate it at the moment being bedridden for over a week now after a motorcycle accident. Helps me get through it. Thank you!
Headed down to Monterey for the first time in 10 years.... Taking my grandmother to see her mom one last time before she passes. I need to get out on the rock and surf and free my soul... this video just gave me butterflys!
My most loved videos of yours are the catch and cooks, whether from the shore or your boat. My very favorite are your fresh water catch and cooks. I love when you fry up a trout in butter and eat it with avocado. The views from them are the BEST!
It was another video but did want to thank you for talking about fear and overcoming fear - you were camping on the rocks and shared that - God bless you for that for what it’s worth - it was meaningful!!
I love the way you cycle through from kayaking, to the boat, back to the shore. Keeps everything fresh and also let’s someone like me three years ago know what’s in season/what’s biting. If I see you kayaking for butts, I’m probably going to find a spot to kayak for butts.
I miss these types of videos! Boat fishing is fun sometimes, but it's not really relatable or accessible to me. Anyone can go out to the rocks and catch a fish though. Your early videos inspired me to get out there and start fishing! Jus my two cents. See you on the 6th!
My favorite videos are your solo camping trips but I enjoy a mix. I prefer when it's just you for whatever reason but in the end I just enjoy the channel so thank you!
Kind of a weird note. My dog had surgery to remove her eyes due to glaucoma. It is an incredibly painful surgery for dogs and the first night of recovery she cried all night. I stayed up all night with her because i felt so terrible about her pain. Never been into fishing but saw one of your catch and cook videos on recommended and watched your videos the entire night. That was about 4 years ago. She's in surgery again today and its nice to have a classic like this to watch.
Love your videos, you have such a variety of fishing adventures . My whole family loves watching your channel . We have never missed watching your videos and always waiting for the next one . Thanks for the fantastic clips Raj
Awesome video! It was great to see you getting back to your roots. The shore fishing and cooking right then and there was what got me started watching your videos. I do like all the different type of fishing you do, but these and the ones in the mountains going after trout are the best.
Great exciting video. I enjoy your boat and shore videos. A fun video would be to hike into remote canyons and fish for trout. I used to do this 20 years ago, fun times.
Thanks of all the good videos like these they the years man. You got me way more into fishing back in 2018. I love these videos the most fishing from the rocks and cooking. My friend caught a 34 inch ling off the rocks near Monterey this past weekend
I like all your videos, you do such a good job making them. If I had to choose what I'd like to see more of, I like when you go up into the mountains, take your bicycle or camp overnight. Those are always neat adventures.
Yeah even though you got that boat you can't forget where you came from remember you started from rockfish off the shore you got to go back to it every once in awhile that's where we love your cats and cook stuff for I first started watching
