This is the very first book I remember being able to read all on my own as a child, and as such I probably read it a million times over. I’m so happy to see it getting an adaptation!
I love how close this looks to the book while still making real world sense and the book illustrations did have an hier of realism to them and stuck to rws mostly plus I like that this is set after the great race but before the strick so thomas and james who is not as vain as he would become later
Oh my God, I remember reading this book when I was a kid! I love the Season 1 style you gave this children story. I can imagine this adapted story between Thomas & Bertie and Tenders & Turntables. Nice work!
This is an interesting story. I like how Thomas tried not to give in to Gordon to start with. What surprises me is how Thomas won the race. I never saw the mine tunnel coming. Well done on the video :) .
Can I be real for a few minutes? This is one of the best Trainz adaptations I think I’ve ever seen, and that bridge set at 3:28 was such a beautiful transition into the mountain area, like we’re seeing a new Series 1 location that was never shown on TV
I remember this was the first Thomas book I'd ever read by myself! Memories...💖 I gave my near-mint copy to my toddler niece... It lasted one week before she ripped it up😅 She loves Classic Thomas though! So do I! 💗💖
I loved this story as a kid, and I love what you've done with it to make it feel more like a Thomas episode- with some logic! You even included the loop line! I love it!!!
Well there did exist a standard gauge station called Culdee Fell in the Thomas and Friends: Railway Adventures PC game released in the early 2000’s, so maybe that’s where the inspiration comes from
@@aceproductions43 I don’t really have an answer for that one, assuming you’re looking for a download link to the Trainz software NWR1991 used in his video
