Good stuff! that "modified Gable" 3 fingered grip on the cross face I've seen taught by Gene Lebell , is really strong you can actually feel the palms act like suction cups.

Effective in the street 100% but will lose training partners if I end up cracking teeth or putting them out for a few weeks

NEVER DO THIS in practice class or you may end of being kicked out of class. This is very dangerous stuff and yes it will crack teeth and jaw bones.

Is that push on the spine legal in no gi jiu jitsu tournaments?

Yes. Elbow grind to the spine or sternum is legal. Doesn't count as a spinal lock or attack or anything like that. The neck crank isn't, but as long as you don't actually lock your hands and do the full crank you can cross face the shit out of your opponent and it's fine.
