Train w/ wrestlers and BJJ players, but use catch on them. If you have open mat or just some free time, you can ask to drill with them if you don't think you're doing something right.

Dont take this personal, I am not trying to be rude. But the was long winded. The guys are bored. Show the technique and get them drilling. Way too much talking and showing a hundred techniques

@@abdelhakym8283 it is a chris benoit reference. Unfortunately back in 2007 benoit murder himself and his youngest son and wife. Then hung himself . For more info on it watch the documentary that came out this year on him
