The weekend wind forecast was horrible but u cant catch anything sitting at home so i ventured into stockton to try my luck. Hiding from the wind whilst also trying to catch fish is never fun or easy to do but i managed to put some on the deck. Andrew you should start your own characters in the lake and river. I think you would have no problem in keeping customers coming back. Or just keep on doing what you’re good at. Cleaning up🤙🤙

Keeping your hand in on a few fish in less than favourable conditions Andrew👍 Last weekend my electric did a motor bearing and is off the boat😒 so very difficult to fish yesterday in that wind without it. So I pulled the pin early and ended up venturing around Wangi (north side) for the first time ever and just sounded around for 2 hours. At least I now have 4 new waypoints to try soon😉

@@petersimpson4916 yer very hard no electric in that wind pete. Drifting 3 kph 🤣 at least u got something out of the trip. I had my own dramas aswell, both minnkota remotes ran out of batteries within 10 mins of each other. Lucky i had some spares otherwise i wouldve bn home aswell.

Unfavorable conditions for sure, but you still managed to catch some nice fish. Also those panoramic, and overhead shots from the drone look great. 👍

@@longwinterfallout yer horrible fishing conditions mate but got some fish which was nice. I nearly lost the drone that day the wind and an eagle were proving problematic 🤣

Not to bad on a windy day I was up the Cove last week on dark and the soumder was loaded with Fish but they would not bite I think they were Blackfish

@@aussfish9995 yer happy with the session considering. Seen 2 pro boats pulling deep set nets on my way up there so thats never a good sign for the fish population.

Gday Andrew…I’m interested in your plastics. Up front you said a 3” olive oil with a quarter ounce jig head. It looked bigger than that? And what size hook are you using…I’m guessing about 3/0 but interested in what you’ve got to say😊.

@@peterrussell696 yer started with the 3inch prawn in olive oil colour 1/4 oz 2/0 hook from memory. Later in the day i had to use 3/8 oz the wind was way worse. That hook may have bn 2/0 or 3/0 honestly cant remember mate.

@@glennborgeest8475 model is costa pargo with glass lens and its a greenish tint lens mate. Frames ate made out of recycled fishing nets.
