The water in the red river is up like crazy this year which makes for some very strong current. Trying to keep the weight down is interesting to say the least.. our main objective is to get Paige her first ever catfish! Hope you enjoy!

Right on man I hit Lockport by the spillway last week and first catch was a 36” channel !! Super high water

Lockport is one of the few places I can tolerate shoulder to shoulder anglers. There is enough fish to go around!

Awesome! Maybe teach your girlfriend how to pump and reel down so its easier for her to catch cats. Just sayin a little technique will go a long way and be more enjoyable for her.

I know right? The whole point of having a rod is for leverage. Might as well use an ice fishing rod if you are going to reel like that.
