I'm just waiting for Ryan, Aaron and James to all meet in Paradise.

Michelle’s disappointed teacher energy when she was talking to Ryan about his notes was AMAZING!!!

so disappointed that they didn't scan all of ryan's notes and upload it like a formal court document lmao. I wanted to see more of the folder!

Michelle is so sweet and genuine, I hope she doesn’t get screwed over in this reality show machine.

I love how Michelle handled the whole situation, she didn't just take tayshia's, and Kaitlyn word for it ,she gave into him a chance to explain, and then actually went ,and look into the matter, and after she decided what she want to do, she did it respectfully.

Every guy this season is just the “Hi, my name is Trey and I have a basketball game tomorrow!” vine

Joe doesn't feel genuine to me. My issue with him though is why didn't he introduce himself as someone she already knows and acknowledge that he ghosted her. He could have been like; "Michelle I'm Joe, you may recognize me as someone you used to chat with online and I know I ghosted you and I'm sorry... I'll get to explain more inside". Did he think she'd forgotten how he looked like? He looked like he was just going to hope she didn't recognize him and sweep the issue aside. He was already like "see you inside" when she recollected who he was. Doesn't seem genuine to me. Someone with genuine intentions would have acknowledged it during the limo entrance and then continued the talk and explanation inside. She even had to pull him aside first.

Am I the only one who thought the whole Ryan's notes thing reeked of production? Why would they go through the guys' stuff in the first place? And only to conveniently find a hastily written guide with "bachlorette" smack dab on the front? I'm not saying that he didn't write them or know what was in them but it was weird that the notes addressed him, i.e. "you need to do x" instead of "i need to do x" or just "do x"

How many times are they going to make that poor woman walk up and down those stairs?

Every guy this season is like “I know a teacher!”

Squid Game + Simpsons + The Office = no one does it better with references. Good 👍 Stuff.

So tired of the “people not here for the right reason,” lets be honest none of them including the bachelorette is there for love. Everyone is an opportunist. Love is maybe a bonus.

Joe ….ghosted her and.. then shows up on her bachelorette….. bye boy

Can we please talk about the stairs?! The amount of athleticism needed to be on this season-night one, the must pass going up and down a huge flight of stairs over and over and over test.

I feel like Michelle's elegance, authenticity, intellect, empathy, strength (athleticism and emotional, from what it seems), and playfulness will carry this season. And Nayte. He seems awesome and is my first-impression favorite. I'm thinkin' Michelle will fast become one of my top three favorite bachelorettes of all time, tied for first place with Tayshia with Emily M. a close second.

She likes Nayte. (Gotta admit: I do, too.) Girlie was all heart eyes from the moment he stepped out of the limo.

Joe is an opportunist man , might there showed up thinking she liked him so you earlier with it, if not be in the final 4 ,and get the opportunity to get selected the bachelor. How can you ghost someone, and show no interest, and suddenly when you see them doing well, you showed up. I hope michelle use her common sense , and politely showed him the door.

I can't with the big paragraphs for Jason Tartick and Blake Horstmann and just "has major swagger" for Mike Johnson. There's more to my man Mike J than that.

the camera crew this season is absolutely killing me.... the talking head of rick's head on the platter, and then the full body shot of ryan awkwardly standing outside while michelle reads the notes... i was CACKLINGGG

The whole Ryan thing reeeeeeked of production. He seemed like a production plant and he seemed like he acted. It was super convenient that the first time K&T go through the men’s rooms, they find a whole document like that. Why wouldn’t they show more of the men’s goofy or embarrassing stuff? I don’t know. I feel like they know Michelle is intelligent, mature, and not messing around so production feels they have to create drama for excitement. Something smells fishy.

the producers heard all of the criticism of there not being enough diversity in the franchise so they said fine we'll give you two canadians this season

Going through someone's stuff is kinda messed up. What if someone had like a deeply personal letter from a dead relative that they weren't ready to share with other people yet. Or simply had "Preparation H" in their bag, haha.

I laughed out loud every time Rick was there with his head on the lettue plate , seriously I cant explain it how it was hilarious, and make my day 🤣.

I am trying really hard to be open to Clayton but he’s such a basic pick IMO. It’s like Colton 2.0. I don’t understand why they picked him before it ever aired.

I wish Pardeep got more screen time this episode! I was so excited to see him get a rose.

I relate to Nate… my parents have been married for 20+ years, but they are not affectionate. My parents don’t kiss either. Affection is so foreign in my family

When Michelle is reading Ryan's notes the clock in the background says 4:49. Is that AM?!

I believe that Ryan had these notes, maybe they were even gifted by his SIL as he said, and he - being kinda dumb/ditzy as he seems - just told a producer because he's in quarantine and bored and venting/oversharing. The producer then goes all Mr Burns and hisses, "excellent" into the void and the plotting began. I also think that it's very possible that he doesn't know anything about the bachelor/ette even though he's participated in those events. You don't need to have knowledge from watching the show to know how it works or to be part of any those charity gigs.

Right now I’m definitely Team Nayte. The spark is 100% there.

Why isn’t anyone upset that they would go through someone’s personal stuff, and notes being kept like a journal? This concerns me more than a guy keeping notes on the best way to attract the women. There are people in this world that keep detailed notes about stuff they are interested in. I think they were to quick to judge him, just like they did to Thomas in the last Bachelorette.

So they conveniently do this pre-check of rooms and one guy supposedly plans everything out? Nah. Staged.

Why didn't Rodney dress up as a green apple he wanted to be granny smith?😂.

Would anyone else like to cry about the fact that Bryan was sent home? I know we didn't hardly see him, but he seemed adorable. :-(

I don’t like Joe. I don’t think he’s a good guy, I think it’s really, really strange to apply for the bachelorette for someone you ghosted when he never apologized for it before the show, and I don’t trust him. But I guess we’ll see. If Michelle was my friend, and this was real life, I would advise her to block him.

Bachelor Fantake is my preferred way to watch other shows! His decisions about which clips to use and how to integrate with the episode make BOTH the episode AND the source material funnier/better! Gives a second life to the original show!

I don't think Ryan is new to the Franchise I think he's a calculated every fab who's dissect every episode of every season hoping to play the game into being the next bachelor.

You didn't mention the part in his notes that said "Be like Mike Johnson with tons of swagger" 🤣 it's blurred but if you pause at the right moment you can read it

My top five atm is: Joe, Nayte, Martin, Rodney, and Jamie (in no particular order). Originally watching the premiere I was like "oh obviously Nayte" but I don't remember ever seeing a winner get a drama edit like this so now I'm unsure

You got to have a plan coming onto this show. The whole premise is exploiting unpaid hopefuls' emotional trauma for our entertainment, and potentially ruining their lives. Oh, and some people fall in love. You'd be a fool not to have a plan. Just don't let the producers know you have one or you become the next Brendan/Pieper.

I love Nayte. He's my favorite so far. That conversation after the Ryan BS was so cute. Plus the date footage, he's top 2 for sure!

We had two whole Canadians last Bachelorette season too: Blake and Brendan.

Ok Tayshia and Kaitlyn searching rooms is such a brilliant idea - kinda reminds me of an MTV show I used to watch where you search someone's room and determine if you'd go on a date with them lol

So far she seems to have the best chemistry with Nayte and him receiving the first impression rose is a good sign too. Pretty much every Bachelorette that I can recently recall gave their first impression rose to their winner except for Hannah Brown? Correct me if I'm wrong though but it sure seems like getting a first impression rose from the Bachelorette is a good thing.

Okay but Michelle sent Ryan home because his actions showed red flags, so why didn't she do the same for Joe? He literally ghosted her and if he did it once he will definitely do it again

The whole Ryan thing seems like a producer plant in the most obvious sense however the only explanation for never seeing it in the past could be that they never found anything in the past so it was a non-starter as a plot line. Nonetheless, it is all suspicious and far too obvious to not have been planned.
