Finally! A cauliflower crust without all the cheese. Goat cheese is a fabulous alternative! I kept scanning through videos and recipes saying to myself, I can't eat that, I can't eat that! Then I found your video and I got so excited. Thank you so much!
I wonder on the amount of store bought riced cauliflower to use? Anyone know? (BTW: I made my own riced cauliflower from medium size head and it produced 5 cups of rice. Is that too much?)
