I have a question is this good i am doing keto and i had to give up so much even pizza also how many carbs would this be?

I wonder on the amount of store bought riced cauliflower to use? Anyone know? (BTW: I made my own riced cauliflower from medium size head and it produced 5 cups of rice. Is that too much?)
