CBP Black Water Buffalo KJV Note Taker's Bible Review 

That looks awesome. This is my favourite text from CBP, and also one of my favourite Bibles. Just a phenomenal preaching and journalling Bible!

I like the way the cranberry looks, personally. Even though the black water buffalo appears to be a bit sturdier, I just really like the look of the crinkled texture of the cranberry. I no longer need any more Bibles, but I always love seeing what's out there. You do a wonderful job describing them too, which helps with the decision process. Keep up the great work.

What an interesting Bible! I absolutely love the long ribbons-that’s super helpful. To me, the cover isn’t as beautiful as the cranberry you reviewed. I guess I liked the wrinkly look. This sort of reminds me of calfsplit leather. But I would love to touch it and feel how soft it is! The Notetakers edition is my favorite wide margin. You can get a LOT of writing in those 2 1/2 inch margins! Hey, really good review, thank you!

Beautiful! I have this bible in red ironed calfskin but I have not written in it yet. Mine is red letter. I think that black water buffalo looks like it would last a long, long time. Nice review. Thanks!

Great review! That grain pattern looks like the grain pattern on my Cambridge Concord Goatskin Bible.

Yesterday I studied water buffalo hides online, out of my own curiosity, and learned that the black one you are holding is actually what water buffalo hide really looks like, and that the smooth and wrinkled even mottled coloured water buffalo CBP bibles are tanned and treated with that wrinkled pattern by AA Leather! Very interesting, because I have had my water buffalo cranberry handsize text only bible for 2 months and just love how it feels but do understand that its superb cover has been especially made that way! And this morning in Australia I see you reviewing CBP's new black, which is cool.

From what I’ve heard, the black water buffalo is the original texture of the water buffalo leather and the brown and burgundy are a stamped in texture. From what I’ve heard.

Appears to be a very nice print and excellent quality. My only complaint would be that the “gutter” would be difficult to read at times. Move the print and allow for another 1/8” in the gutter and this bible may be perfect for note taking and bible study. Great review

I'm debating on whether I'm getting this Bible or their Top Grain Cowhide Note Takers Bible. The only thing I don't care for about this Bible is, that there's no perimeter stitching. Decisions, decisions, decisions. Merry Christmas to you and your family. And, God Bless!
