@@muongorori the party should back them. It is like the party should be in solidarity with the mps to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that they are party members. They haven't been recalled. It's the party that should prove not Tshabango. Anyway it's water under the bridge, judgment is on the way.

Even if they appeal or what as long as theres a Zanu pf hands they will not win, going to court it was jst testing waters. Chabangu is clearly working with Zanu pf to destroy Chamisa from within and these Chabangu guy is an infiltrate which ccc leadership never saw from MDC A he was left so to join ccc and destroy it permanently. They are two things which i catch up with from Chabangu s statements, One its about Job Skhala, arest, How can one negotiate for a prisoner to be released only war prisoners are release through negotiable manner. Job was arrested and was taken to court several times and denied bail by the courts, and here come an individual saying he can negotiate to release a prisoner while the court is denying him a bail. If Job Skhala case is for negotians then the Judicial is captured by Zanu pf coz if it is the case of being political prisoner the courts should have distanced itself with Job Skhala matter coz its polical. Secondly on ccc negotiating for Sikhala s release that means CCC does not have an option but to follow Zanu pf demands on to release him on other hand Zanu pf is holding Job ransom to catch Chamisa. If Chamisa is to negotiate then that means they are some issues Chamisa should bow down to if Zanu pf demand.

He says his parents never supported Zanu, he has never supported Zanu, he’s laid down his opposition credentials since the formation of MDC, don’t be blindsided by your dislike of the truth, I know sometimes it inconveniences. For starters, you have to admit that he had some authority to have this recall, I cannot sit here and recall MDC T MPs if I don’t have authority from MDC, secondly he is challenging Chamisa to write an affidavit stating that he’s not the interim SG, why doesn’t Chamisa do that. People off Zimbabwe need to know that because of freedom of speech and if not under oath, one can just say about anything if they want to but that is not the case when in court/under oath. So when these politicians from any party when they level an allegation and put it to you as if it’s the truth, ask them to say the same thing under oath. You will see they duck and dive. It’s easy to say so and so is corrupt when you are not under oath. Like who ever you like, like whichever political party you want but most of all like the truth.!!

Yah he is so funny and confusing himself. He very cunning like a pig. if he approached ziyambi ziyambi then the courts are captured how can you approch the system which captured the Judiciary. Obviously if Ziyambi can manage to realease Job then what can we say abt the courts what is it he functions of the courts. Mr Chabangu is contradicting himself. If the courts are not captured no need to aproach Ziyambi. And Chabangu as all Zimbabweans he got the right to form his on party why following chamisa if he is a dectator.
