No, there is no permission or auto drop, the drop is manual which is better (sometimes you need to drop earlier and pull off), but anyway drop manual and eyes on the timer in HUD.

It depends on what type of mission you want to play. Generally USA and USSR are the best nations at top tier since the two of them build an insanly large number of differents aircrafts during the cold war. In the multirole side of things, USA are the best in their capacity to align a large number of munition type (dumb bomb, rocket, drag bomb, GBU, fire and forget AGM etc...) and still be able to fight in air air. USSR are goods too, especially in the air air side. Su-25 are very good ground striker but I personnaly dislike it because you need to always go onto the target during you munition glide/flight time. That increase a lot your chances of dying by an AA. Overall, F16A and ADF, F14 A and soon the B, MIG 29 A, Mig 27K, Su 25 and Su-25 T soon are very good to go for. In tank, all nations a pretty much equivalent in terms of technology. Some are harder to play than others but that doesn't mean they're bad. Like always, the big three nations are the easiest one to learn with big tank lineup (GER, USA, USSR). I Think Great Britain with Challenger and Italy with Ariete are the hardest ones (Italy especially), but still very very good in capable hands. In helicopter, USSR, USA and China (KA-50/52, MI-28, Apache, AH-1Z, Z-19 and Z-10) are the best ones and it's pretty cool because all three plays differently than others. You will find a lot of USA stuff in minor nations so that doesn't really count at all.

Hello, I use WASD mainly to control the aircraft .. mouse is for slight adjustments .. Relative Control is not the best but I got used to it I guess .. try getting used to tapping S button.

If I’m not mistaken, Hunter actually still uses mouse and keyboard for all of his Sim matches.

I use mouse and keyboard my friend, give it a try with M&K both "relative control" and "mouse joystick" modes to understand the feeling .. and if you found it very hard you can try a flight stick why not :)

Keyboard and mouse only (Relative Control Mode) Thrustmaster T16000M is a recommended flight stick by so many people if you want one.

AGM-65 camera is weaker, you need get like A7, or F-14B. They got better camera.

And A-10A Late have thermal, it will work in night time (kinda)..

Hello friend. The AGM 65B uses a TV camera sensor that locks onto the target using contrast. During a night battle, the ground is as dark as the target and the sensor in the missile fails to lock onto the vehicle because they’re both dark. Later variants of the Maverick missiles, such as the AGM 65D that the Harrier GR.7 has access to, use IR sensors which allows them to see heat signatures and makes them usable during night battles.

They do flip, but screens stabilizing it for you, if you play Su-25T, you will see it being flip.

From real life targeting pod footage, I'm pretty sure it's indeed not realistic. The pods I've looked up real quick (TIALD, Litening, Lantirn) should all have roll stabilization (digitally or physically) and I'm pretty sure probably every self respecting targeting pod should have it. Would be nice if Gaijin could implement it as looking at upside down pictures can be a bit annoying.
