Do companies like CDSL and NSDL have true pricing power? After all, these are regulatory moated companies. The profits of these companies are under the supervision of government through SEBI. If these companies earn market beating profits over a period of time, the government can anytime impose curbs on their pricing making their profits vanish into thin air.
