One of the most interesting, eye opening, profound conversation that I've listened to in ages. Cecile and the interviewer big up. Straight talk ,real talk intelligence on both sides. Refreshing
Cecile say ask Penny Bling .. so let me confirm it .. she over talented .. Sing, Write, Produce Compose .everything u can think bout .. seen it with my own eyes .. she made me 3 #1 credits and a Grammy nomination and the list goes on
Thank you for this interview because most things u click on tht involve Jamaica or dancehall is always dark or mixup and I don’t want to listen that no more I want to hear more of this the toxic output in the alga rhythm from dancehall and Jamaica I am on a journey and I won’t support nothing negative I really really really love this interview and I feel guilty of not buying dancehall music I want to do better on that
Come tru mandeville girl,I met her years ago go when my daughter was a little girl,I went into Maxie to buy a shoes for my daughter,I saw her in the store and I asked her for her signature on that box,she was so sweet and genuine
I always have a thing for Cecile and to be honest she is one of my favourite reggae \ dancehall female artists just how she do things and her lifestyle
You know what don’t sit right with me? The fact that people will say that men would never marry a certain kind of girl, they just pursue them for sex… mind you sex with them while being married to the girl they consider worthy of marriage. But what’s the point if u still a go after them and a disrespect the girl worthy of marriage or dating? Kmt
Exactly and is lie some of them very much wife up many of those girls so they need to stop it. These men just use talking points they hear. Speak for yourselves
Valid...its like a double standard...wouldn't marry the bbl type but willing to throw away a relationship with the "natural" lady to have sex wid one...not a ounce a logic
God know Cecil you get the crown and some more of my respect after this you fi be the queen of dancehall unuh can kill me now fi say it Cecil we love you, we love your mindset we will protecting you 💯 you have such a beautiful mind set it’s clutch for real. That bleaching cream reference is powerful. activate the Lobito 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
A LOT of these LAST DAYS, FOOLISH, WICKED, SHALLOW, LUST DRIVEN, SO CALLED MEN would PREFER to PHUCK a “Transformer” than, a NATURAL Black Woman! We are considered the MOST EXPENDABLE, DISCARDABLE and HATED women in the world! Even though, WE CARRY YOU (Black Men) for 9 months!
@@serene2414 neither does women the reason why there is still cheaters in this world is because of some female who feel entitled to sleep with and date whosoever they want whether the man is in a relationship or married some females don't have no self-respect when it comes to the bbls I think they just do it for like then regret it after because some of them end looking like a hot mess
❤❤❤❤ she's always been my favorite since the late nineties into the 2000 and she deserve her flowers especially in the reggae music industry no one ever really gave her her flowers
They do prefer the fakeness. If I don't do my hair not one man no want me, I look older. If I put on the weave, dem alla crash dem car fi run me dung. And that's just hairdo. The flat batty natural woman can not compete with a well done BBL
I so agree with you, when I had long permed hair I've actually had a car crashed in the rear of another vehicle, like seriously. Then I decided to go natural, locked my hair, put in updos, neatly done. It's not the same, now I'm not seeking any attention (God knows I hv had enuf). My husband ❤s me even if I'm bald. But it's true what you said. As for the batty, I got my mom's good figure & I often wonder if my new coworkers thinks it's bbl..😅
@@NegusImaranationI thought you were more intelligent than that bro Jamaica consecutively has one of the highest murder rates for 35 years and you agree with a man making everything someone else does an issue????.People saying "footah talks too much " not because he 'talks too much ,but he makes other people's issues his own in a very overcompensating way which leads many to believe that he is hiding something. No way a sensible person can side with footah/In the real world footah would even make sense.only Jamaica 😂😂😂
😂😂😂Unnu too emotional.Tanya is great artist but she is very decisive and contradictory.Stop treat these people like they are gods.Thats how footah can make sense to a culture that thinks they knows it all 😂😂😂Yow, something wrong with Jamaicans eno.Am yet to come across a more illogical/sentiment base thinking people.JAMAICANS HATE LOGICAL THINKING 😂HOW COULD FOOTAH HYPE MAKE SENSE TO ME ,PLEASEEEEE 'TELL ME🫣
I loved this ,it was informative, it made me listen, I was happy with the mature back and forth, great job. Keep up the beautiful work love u both and I'm watching and listening. ❤
Cecile dropped so many gems and great points in this!! Also, as a former Jamaican Pro Vocalist, I've always said when it comes to our music, Jamaica is a factory not a market. Jamaican Artists and Musicians don't make money from their craft in the island...we have to travel for live performances and market elsewhere. And she's right about the royalties....no Jamaican media pays us for our music, but dem cyaa and naah hesitate fi pay royalties to de foreign artists.
This as definitely educated me on the work she has done in dancehall other than being an artist. Being a producer!? Happy for these platforms that artist can open up about themselves. Salute to Cecile; in my book you're added to the icon list.
I love what you're saying about men there's very good men out there I have a daughter plus my mother my sisters and the mother of my children so show respect to females across the board
“Being well read and well travel is SUPER IMPORTANT to go outside….” I sincerely appreciate this conversation so much. I appreciate how comfortable Ce’cile was and how she was able to clearly articulate her thoughts and points of view. A lot of simple and important topics were discussed respectfully and it was great to hear.
