A rarely visited but beautiful range in Utah’s West Desert. There aren’t many trails inside of this wilderness but cross country hiking is rather easy. We came up the road towards Quincy Springs (which was not running in December), and then just picked a ridge we liked to take all the way to the ridge. Once we broke through the undercast, the views were amazing and grand in all directions. We spotted a group of wild horses at the very top of the ridge which is one draw to this area as a place to see them. This was just a quick video thrown together mostly just for the views as there isn’t much info on the Cedar Mountains.
