Reinvention can happen at any age and any stage of life. After 18 years working in human resources, Angela discovered a passion for yoga and was inspired to become an instructor at Life Time. Blending yoga’s healing power with her HR background in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, she’s created inclusive class experiences that welcome everyone to celebrate Black History Month, Juneteenth and 50 years of hip hop.
