You are family oriented and loves getting together and enjoy foods and being together. We admire you especially your Mum, I admire you because you love your Mum. God bless you and your family.
Andrei please ignore this negative comments! Mama Olga did a wonderful job. We also use whatever ingredients I have in my kitchen and fridge, use tinfoil to BBQ stuffed fish

I love grilled fish(milk fish ☺️😘) I'm waiting for your return here in the Philippines, for sure, your sister Liza and her children will loving Philippines 😇😘
Those cats must have smelled how good those fishes are. By the way, you are not bad cooks. You've already made pilipinos proud. And yes, you can cook and celebrate with any type of Pancit on Arseny's baptism.
Don't be sorry Andre, no need to apologize. Just don't mind those who comment like that. We know that it is really hard to acquire the right ingredients there and replacing it with substitute one.
No need for apologies … we all have our own style. The important thing is you tried and loved Pinoy cuisine so much! And for that, we’re honored and happy!!!
The foods during baptism may depends on your budget... A kilo of spaghetti (worth 500 pesos) and a kilo of pansit (worth 700 pesos) is already enough for 20 to 30 persons... Maybe 2 pieces lechon manok (worth 500 pesos) and 1 kilo chicken for chicken tinola soup (worth 200 pesos, just ask the papaya fruits and moringa leaves from the neighbors. Just invite them...😁😁😁) are good addition. Don't forget the rice!!!
Family is together forever. Colossians 3:13 "Be tolerant with each other and, if someone has a complaint against anyone, forgive each other. As the Lord forgave you, so also forgive each other.”
Even here in PH, every region have their own version of a dish so there is really no strict "right way". Whatever you think will help the dish taste good then that's it. 😊
Wow! Grilled trouts! Fresh water fish. One of my favourites fish! Looks so delicious! With that stuffing, tomatoes and onions. Enjoy your family get together! Big hello precious people, Andrei, Mama Olga, Liza, the gorgeous kids and Liza’s husband.

Bashers are everywhere your channel are growing fast and you and sir andrei and sis liza are all popular anywhere of this world!! And there is this one viewer of you so particular of Filipino way cooking but the main reason he/she commented is Jealous!!! He/she so jealous!! Its normal when you are popular some rude viewer will pop up to your channel!! Mommy Remember always majority of Filipinos love youuuuuu sir andrei, sis liza and whole family❤❤❤❤ this is the truth this is the fact!!! God bless you all mommy olga we love you all❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I always feel happy every time I see Mama Olga! She's like my mother who loves to cook delicious foods and makes everyone happy. My mom passed away 4 years ago, and I'm still missing her. Mama Olga had a big heart for her family, especially to her grandchildren. God bless you all.
Mommy olga, have extra incision upward of your fish. So that your spices can reach the meat and make it taste great! Add ginger and a squeeze of lemon to eliminate fish smell, mommy...😊😊😊
That's, masarap Andrei usually we grill fish, pork, chicken even without foil just direct to heat of charcoal, the burning part like skin is added to deliciousness when u grill, try it, our time here now Philippines is 7 35 in evening,
Enjoying your meal everybody's happy Watching with ads my own little way of supporting your vlogs...Lamian na sya mama Olga kay daghang palaman sa loob ng fish,if only there's a banana leaf there in your place, the fish taste much better when you used the banana leaf wrapping . But it looks yummy still mama Olga.
I love watching your vlog Andrei, you mom , sister and your whole family are so adorable. Thank you for loving Filipino cuisine and promoting our culture. Lots of love to all of you guys ❤
It's going to be great for you and the whole family, especially your nephews, when they finally experience the tropics and island life in the beautiful island of Samal.
Its wonderful to watch u guys celebrating in Filipino culture & tradition, embrace with all your hearts, its amazing, thats why i continuously watch your blog.. Mabuhay to mommy Olga & to all yozr family , neighbors & friends..God bless! 🙏♥️🙋♀️😍👍🇵🇭🇩🇪
If you're planning a Christening celebration in the Philippines, I’d suggest serving some of the best dishes like Lechon, Pork and/or Chicken Adobo, Beef Tapa, Beef and/or Chicken Humba, Kare-Kare, Sisig, Pancit Canton or Bihon, Rellenong Bangus, and Chopsuey. For a fun and relaxed atmosphere, consider serving the food boodle fight-style rather than a formal setup-it will make the celebration even more enjoyable! Congratulations to your family and Welcome to the Christian World for your baby.
Wow😋😋😋 Delicious grilled Trout stuffed with 🍅🧅🧄 + squeezed 🍋 😍🤩 GINGER can be added also 😋😋 Welcome back home Liza and the boys 😊 Andrey, some of the comments are harsh with regards to authenticity because of the ingredients. It's not easy for you all to find the right ingredients as per recipe. Alternative/substitute ingredients are ok. It is your Russian version, you like it and it taste good 👍👍👍 Looking forward to the stuffed grilled fish without foil. You can use toothpicks or bamboo skewers (soaked in water for at least 10 mins before using) to close the fish belly. Or you can use butcher's twine (cotton string) to secure the stuffing. Enjoy you day 🌈
Yummy grilled fish Mama Olga.If you want to beside the tomatoes, onion you can stuff slices of garlic, ginger , parsley, and add also some leaves of lemon (at least 4 if you have any )around the surface of the fish before wrapping it with aluminum foil. You can also add slices of apple in it ,sprinkle it with soy sauce or salt or even magic sarap to taste.Just be creative..no specific ingredients.Good luck.Thank u for appreciating our Pinoy cuisine❤❤
I catch a lot of trout here in Alaska like that and grill it. I still prefer bangus or tilapia and like to stuff them with onions, tomatoes, spring onions, and ginger sliced thing on the skin of the fish before wrapping it
Kumusta! May I know what is your address in Samal Island. I greatly appreciate you and your family cooking and enjoying Filipino food. Your Mama truly loves Philippine fruits especially the mango. Maraming salamat.
For special occasions like fiestas or baptism, the centerpiece of the feast is Lechon. Real lechon which is a whole pig, not chicken. And it's roasted, not just fried or grilled. Although it might not be easy to find in Mindanao due to its large Muslim population.
That was Yummy and Juicy, because the Juice was not spill out , Aluminum Foil protect to Spill the Juice and Scale not become Burn, but you know if the Fish Cook already because you can smell it and when you touch rhe Aluminum Foil by your Finger the Fish inside become Soft, 👍🏻♥🇵🇭🚣🏻♀️🏝, that's ok because some ingrediets you can't find in Russia so you must choose the replacement that similar to it, nothing wrong to that, 👍🏻
we usually open the fish from its back. Just a small opening and then push the knife inside without breaking the skin. This is what we do so that the ingredients will not easily go out even without foil.
It is expected that you should improvise with some cooking ingredients, please do not apologize,,,Russia and the Philippines are so distant from each other. However, the good side to improvising ingredients is you get to experiment and sometimes, these experiments work out so well, or even better! The trout you grilled made me feel homesick for a place I called my second home. There I could eat trout almost everyday. I enjoyed the smoked salmon, too in that place I am looking forward to the baptism of Arseny in the Philippines...I have never seen an Orthodox baptism! I am not even sure there is an Orthodox church in Davao Be well and see you all in the Philippines in about two months!
Thank you for this I've been also writing it to your comments for grilled fish. It looks deliscious and healthy food for the body because no need to put oil on it.
We never put garlic whenever we make this type of grilled fish. We just use chopped onions and tomatoes. We also use foil like how Mama Olga did it but its really a lot better if you just close the fish using strings. If you use strings, the fish will get cook faster and taste better.
Your Mom and Sister great cooked Filipino dish I love to watch your family enjoy eating the food, if you wish too more aromatic your grilled fish you can add sliced ginger, Regards to all of you
