There are so many famous Pholippine food that you can offer. The famous lumpia shanghai or vegetable lumpia. Chicken/pork adobo, the trending sisig, menudo, afritada, kare-kare etc.

Andre you also Try to make your own bar-b-q sauce, (pilipino recipe) marinate meat or chicken in soy sauce,kalamansi or lemon,garlic,pepper,brown sugar,catsup optional oyster sauce,after you marinate the meat don't throw the sauce,bring it to boil put a small amount of water flour or cornstarch to make it sauce of the bar-b-q
In her (mom) Russian summer life she can have food business and during winter time she can go home to the Philippines and have some great Filipino life immersion and feel the sun, ocean, tasty food you can cheaply buy or pick them from the tree itself and experience the hospitality. Winter in the Philippines… you go to the beach or waterfalls or just sit lazy watching life goes by.

Next time, you may want to consider to first saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil. Then we add the meat and brown the meat in sauteed garlic and onion before adding the sauces.

It is a good idea for you to accept orders but i strongly suggest that you follow the correct measurements if ingredients so that the food dies not look mushy. Afritada has big cuts if chicjen so the vegies cut has to be big also. Small cuts if meat like ground meat and menudo cut meat are small so you may use the frozen, small cut vegies.
