This is a fun one! We are reviewing all of the celebrities that have done Tracy Anderson Method. Whether they do TAM today or not is not certain, but regardless, so fun to learn about! Any celebs I missed? (Alessandra Ambrosia & Taylor Swift are a few I caught since creating this video)

Shakira used to do Tracy Anderson but now works with Anna Kaiser who used to be a Tracy Anderson trainer but now has her own Anna Kaiser Method😉

Thank you for this list! I have another one for you, Emily Blunt. I was watching the making of the film "The Adjustment Bureau" where Emily Blunt plays a professional dancer. Emily said that she had no dance background at all and had to just "fake it" as best as she could, she said she did the Tracy Anderson workout and also spent months training daily with a modern dance company. The choreographer from the company said he was impressed with how quickly she got into the dance training and was able to perform some of the choreography herself, which you see in the movie. I come back to TAM every now and then because it feels gentle but yields results (and I've never done the cardio part due to chronic illness).

Idk if you guys here ever watched sex/life on Netflix, but the main actress Sarah Shahi said she does TA! She looks sooo freaking good too. So many women that make you feel almost excited to be aging so gracefully!! 😄

Alessandra Ambrosio used to do TA. In fact there's a train like an angel series with her and Tracy. Then the TA favourites Hillary Rhoda and Sally Pressman. Also in a video that's been taken down now, Addie Doyle had mentioned she had an awkward run in with Taylor Swift at the TA studio!

From what I've researched apparently Maddonna wanted Tracy all by herself or something like that and that's why they had a fall out, Tracy didn't agree to it obviously. Thank god she didn't or we wouldn't have her with us !

Matthew Mc most likely got into TAM because his wife does it (or maybe vice versa?). I know this because I’ve seen her in one of the studios. She’s gorgeous.

VB is my favorite since I was in my early 20’s!! I believe she’s doing strength training now if the current posts etc are correct however if she did TA when in those photos I prefer that lean svelte figure.

Maggie Gyllenhaal did convince Jake and Kourtney Kardashian was doing TAM after she had Mason so she convinced Kim and Nicole Richie maybe her sister Sophia. Madonna for a long, long, long time. Taylor Swift. The celebs that keep doing it tend to be hard workers nose to the grind stone types. Mathew’s that way, Jake, Maggie, Kourtney, Madonna for sure. The Method will test if you believe in hard work and some us think we believe that until we don’t. Tracy can’t say tips or tricks she only believes in hard work.

Nicole Richie was a very early TA supporter. There used to be a video on RU-vid at least 10 years ago of the two of them doing a dance cardio routine together, but I can't seem to find it now. I remember reading somewhere that way back of the day beyonce has trained with Tracy Anderson at some point. I think it was around the time that She gave birth to blue ivy

I watched an interview with Robert Downey Jr about a year ago and when asked on what he does for exercise he said, “believe it or not , he practices TA because his wife does it. “. I was so Hoping to tell you this but you already knew.. lol BTW, you looks amazing !! Stunning! love to All💜
