I believe these were invented for astronauts and research in Germany and Japan showed an improvement in flexibility and balance in elderly subjects, also to promote bone density. I first used them in gyms, 10 mins of muscle exercise on a power plate is supposed to be as effective as 1 hour in the gym. That is, targeting specific muscle groups. I assume therefore that as with MSE exercise, its best to do it every other day
@@PerfectionismRewired that’s a great question! I haven’t had skinny jeans in a LONG time. So in a way, I guess I did dispose of them but it was before I learned about these principles.
@@ositoguy Thank you! I would check out the TA site. Also, you may find cheaper alternatives - companies make bouncefloors for gymnasts and may have options for working out. Worth checking out!
thanks for this..i was having some GI issues for real. but i was taking it with food...i started taking it before eating and it already seems to be helping!
Yes! Everything you are saying is true. We have to learn that we must work out for not only our gender but our age. All that jumping and over exerting yourself as you get older our hormones does not like that!
I got the Force Factor brand from The Vitamin Shoppe. Took for about a month everyday...did NOT eat any more than I normally do and GAINED weight 😢. I felt like Regina George from Mean Girls. 😫
I’m so new to the party. I’m looking to get into the TA method and Rachel I am eating up all of your content! You’re amazing for all of this! My question is today - as I don’t have a dvd player - it looks like you can stream her Meta content - has anyone done that? Is it still the same?
@@RundownwithRachel I just did a search for it and I must be doing something wrong I get like 1 video that comes up that’s 46 minutes other than that I just get shorts or clips. Am I just having a moment? Lol
Thank you for sharing this, I been doing tracey anderson for 17+ years i go and do something else and always come back to tracey Anderson Method, lots of people criticise the method, but is a reason millions of woman keep paying for the membership and is because it works, I love how my body feel strong, no injuries, the meditation feeling, I agree with the investing in a good sep up, after years finally put the heaters and the humidifier machine and what a difference,
Just got it done a few days ago and my aesthetician told me to try to avoid icing the area after because we actually want the inflammatory response in this case. That's what helps the body do the repairing we want there!
Rebounding is an excellent way to mimic walking and as mentioned great for the lymphatic system. Takes up little to no space - great to use when the weather is unpleasant to go walking in. If I had to choose just ONE piece of exercise equipment - it would be the rebounder.
LOVE THIS!!! Can you share which model workout you did (got) i noticed there is 8 courses to pick from 1 max class?! Would love to know which one you got!
@@LBMurphy1108 MW1! I don’t know if they are available anymore - you just have to request directly from his team. What I love is I get results and it doesn’t make me extra hungry like some of his other metabolism workouts can.
This doesn't sound crazy at all, I've had the same experience... it's good to know it's not just my own perception🙂 (it's easy to doubt oneself when every "expert" out there is saying otherwise). Thanks for sharing!
I’ve had my cellerciser since they first came out decades ago, it’s so solid! It still works great, but I took off the cover around the springs because I kept tripping on it. It’s the best thing I do for my health, just 10 min a day.
I have lympodema, intuitively I was always vibrating my legs up when I lie down and it was felt circulated then I thought I should buy a vib-plate and from then on I lie my legs on it to vibrate. It feels released more blood flow and less inflamated. It is definetly helpful
I’ve taken to watching your rambling videos while rebounding instead of workout videos cuz I find them far more entertaining. 😂 So thanks for that, Rachel!!
Rachel- question... the workout videos of hamlin on YT are older, poor audio, filmed from far away... not the best quality. How are his programs? Does he face the camera, better audio and production? Can you show a clip of what it looks like?
@@christya.9329 the new content has much better audio but he isn’t facing. It may be worth reaching out to his team to see if they may provide a sample.
Wow, this all makes so much sense and you’re right, most of us know this but need to hear it laid out like you did! Thank you so much! Had a lot of epiphanies watching this! So motivated to try this! And you are right with the whole “not trusting yourself”. I think that is exactly why I keep going up before I even try, because I don’t trust myself to follow through.
How do I get access to the Hamelin model workouts? Cant find them on youtube and their website is vague with different currency. How did you get access to it?
@@Mustanggurl024 hey! It’s not the best website but the workouts are incredible. If you go to HamelinDabellMethod.com then select courses you can see the offering. The Model Workout 1 is my FAVORITE but not available anymore. However, you can request my reaching out to the team via the website. When reaching out, may want to ask if they would invite you to the FB page which is also invite only. Just be sure to provide your FB. It’s a great hidden resource! Let me know if that helps!
