what i love the gt86 design and the celica gt4, supra gt, fj cruiser, gtr and 370z

Well, for one thing, any era of Celica GT-Four is a much rarer car than the GT86, so good luck finding one at a reasonable price in decent condition. Secondly, it's a huge pain to fix up 20+ year old cars. Lastly, it's a money pit even after buying one. Also, a lot of people who go for cars like the GT86 probably aren't even aware of the GT-Four anyway.

@@Logan912 +1 also toyota was known for reliable engines, not rust proofing in the celica's days :P most look good but get underneath and your heart breaks (had to retire my AT200 due to rust, already had 1700 worth of patchwork done and was busting out in different places...just could not sustain (and wile i liked it's shape, no A/C, tractor turning circle, somewhat thirsty was just not the wisest thing to keep putting money in it). though tbh i don't know how well modern toyota's hold up against rust, would be great for customers but horrible for business if toyota's just never rusted. if they don't rust and they barely break why would someone ever get rid of them :P and simple stuff like finding a fender or a door can be quite hard, even if it's just rusted beyond repair cause guess what most other doors and fenders have suffered the same fate >.>

This video was shot at the shakedown test which was a time attack event also, the car had teething problems (brakes and cooling), nonetheless it had a strong initial pace, giving 1.6 second a lap to the 4th fastest in its class (Race) and only missing 2nd place by 0.2 seconds (Race). I would never ever call this as a "everyone else broke their car situation".

Bare minimum was used as long as IC pipe length, it should be obvious on the video. You need to connect T/C, IC, throttle body don't you? I think straight line is proven to be the shortest way by some smart mathematicians several hundred years ago :-)

@@KozmikEl7 I know I’m way late but yeah, and there have been a few built 3stges that make well over 500hp, you could even do it on the stock bottom end but after 500jp your reliability goes down the toilet unless you really baby the car. That said there have been people with highly modified 3sgtes that have made into the 700s 800s, I believe there are even a few pushing 1000 but those are mostly drag cars.

GT4 was sold in many areas, in Europe mainland it was a left-hand-drive. This car has many parts swapped, but not the driving seat :-)
