Where were your deer hunting videos located at? Public or private? Stationed in Florida but thinking of coming back for the 2021 Rifle season with my dad. Thanks! Great Videos!
It’s a split between private and public but I cant use a gun on the private land, bow only. Thank you for the support! I appreciate it. Good luck if you make it up.
I noticed there are 2 sim cards stacked on each other behind the battery tray in the MICRO. One has spypoint logo and the other is AT&T. Is there a way to cut spypoint out as a middleman and just insert a sim card from a cell phone and just call into it with the number associated to the sim card we use?
Say I want the Cell Link on for only 4 months out of the year, can you turn on and off when you want to receive pictures through the app? So that way you are not getting billed for when your camera is not in use.
You can, but I am getting ready to release an update video on these. In the backyard, they work great. When I set them up an hour away, I have had nothing but problems and spy points. Customer service has been horrible.
The delay in getting pictures has nothing to do with the cell link, or cell cameras, it has to with the cell tower....they lower the power transmission at night for whatever the reason is, also the cell link or cell camera will always get a better signal then a cell phone due to the fact of the exposed/extended antenna . pictures sent thru the cell link are only as good or bad as the camera it's set up with, also the cell link is sensitive to firmware updates so make sure it has the latest updates, if by chance it's out in the field call Spypoint they can do it over the air for you. The cell link is a great concept, it's far from perfect but it works, and as it was mentioned in the video make sure that SD Card doesn't pull out of the SD card slot
I don't think they can push over the air updates for the cell link. That's what they told me anyways. They always pushed it for the micro link for me though.
@@outdooraddictionwv5299 they can and they have for two of my friends.....the Spypoint cell cameras are entry level type, but they have entry level customer service, very poor...maybe it has to do with them being outside the USA
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors I would say though that it works best with the spypoint cameras due to them having a little thing on the bottom you can slide the cable through to avoid pinching it but do whatever at your own risk I suppose
Don't waste your money it'll give you 150 pictures for free and won't let you set up how long between each picture in my case a doe & fawn in one day a matter of a few hours this is a piece of junk I spent $68 and can't give it away nobody wants it
I had issues as well when I deployed them out in the field. I returned them and got a credit for a Mirco Lte camera, which works great for me. The picture quality sucks, but I know not to purchase Spy Point cameras anymore.
