Just like the previous comments suggested, go to “just run” mode and put it at 2mph, then you’re able to adjust it with the wrench. It’s impossible to turn if it’s not running! Took me about 5 mins to adjust.
I was able to resolve my alignment, but I needed the tread running and my wife watching the alignment points as I turned the tension bolts...its definitely a two person job, If you don't want it to take all day.
Our tread is not moving following these directions, any thoughts? The center line is on the left dot and I’m turning the left screw clockwise. I even tried turning the right screw counter-clockwise.
You have to tighten it with the allen wrench then turn it on. The treadmill belt will not move until you turn it on to 6 mph and wait 30 seconds. As you wait 30 seconds stand in front of the treadmill and watch the belt to see how much it moves and in what direction. Repeat until line is centered between the two dots in the front of the treadmill. Annoying but that's how it works
Im doing the same thing and it doesn't move... my line standing in front of the tread is more to my right...so when I stand in back of the tread im turning the screw on my right correct clockwise? Am I doing this wrong...turning on and turning off is annoying if nothing is happening
