My little sister came up to you and told you our dad was your biggest fan and watched all your vlogs! You took a picture with her and she sent it to our dad and I have a video of it and he was so stoked he thought it was the coolest thing ever that you got to meet my sister and he was so jealous LOL
I love these Comic Con videos. There are always a lot of the characters that I don't recognize, but I sure enjoy seeing the creativity that goes into making the costumes. Thanks, Adam!
OMG! I watched Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory many times and I never gave it much thought that Grandpa Joe was an old freeloader! He surely hopped out of that bed to go to the Chocolate Factory, but was too sick to do anything else! That bum!
I too was fortunate to see Nirvana back in November of ‘93 at Toronto Maple Leaf Gardens. It was a great show and I was a very happy 14 year old that night!!
I love hearing you mention live shows from the 90’s that I can relate to. I met The Breeders in Cincinnati before a show. Such different times back then. Great memories!
HEY ATW...I HAVE BEEN A SCI-FI CONVENTION fan since I was a little fat kid in the 70's. Back then, it was only Star Trek, Asminov, Boris and Dr. Who. Your convention vlogs are always my favorites and I always re-watch many times to see everything in the background. There is ALWAYS something awesome in the background that you miss on the first viewing. Today's entry into history was a unexpected, totally fun surprise! Thanks ATW. I don't know how far you had to travel, but it the best! Thank you again.
Grandpa Joe got burned by the WOO "Couldn't of got out of bed to help his family BUT you want to go to a Chocolate Factory" 🤣🤣🤣 . Love it & always good to see Ryan and George in the Videos . So many creative people at these Conventions with the costumes/etc. Lots of Love ❤ see you on the next one .
Seriously love this types of events. Still nothing doing in the UK but hopefully we will have a local toy fair in September......if the UK ever eases restrictions. Stay safe and much love.
That guy did super grover voice perfectly! My favorite seseme street muppet. I had children golden books with grover, which is how i learned to read as a kid. "There's a monster at the end of this book" was such a good children's book, still remember it in my head at age 51
The convention looked like fun, all the costumes were amazing. My favorite character that you met was Super Grover ⚡️. Nice seeing the hawks as well. Thank you for having us go along with you.
Adam, you’re so lucky to have seen Nirvana before Kurt’s death. It was the night of my senior prom when MTV news reported the death of Kurt and it completely ruined mine and my friends prom night. I would have loved to have seen them but living in Alabama with my extremely strict parents didn’t allow for things like that.
I was at that show, still have my ticket and concert shirt! I remember a fight broke out just before the breeders came on. Also remember how cold it was outside when we left. Great show and good times!
Good morning Adam. I've never been to one of these events! I've heard about them. BUT today you invited me and I enjoyed it ...thank you ....love our mornings ..
I love it man another great one you killed it! If only one day I get so lucky I’ll be able to meet you who knows?? 🤷♂️🤷♂️ I can only hope! I’ve been watching you for years man your awesome!😎 stay cool, shall you?? You shall!!
Hey Adam! Long time watcher. Thanks for stopping by and showing my husband screen printing as Okay Stuff. I did the convention T-shirt designs and had a booth next to him. Hope to talk to you next time and give you some art. We wanted to give you a tee but I know you were busy filming. I also was born in Mississippi.
We have Fayetteville Comic Con here in NC next weekend. I am so excited. We have some of the original actors from the Mortal Kombat games coming in. Also, we have Gigi Edgely coming this year. It's going to be really fun. Love these con videos, Adam!
Your memories of places are always much cooler than my memories of those same places. The last time I was in that building I saw The Nutcracker, not nearly as cool as Nirvana
