I agree with you on those service plazas on 80 in Ohio. Every state should have those. Usually plenty of parking, good food, laundry and free showers with a driver lounge. I use them anytime i can.
Hey jimmy… just wanted to give some info….. ran oversize for a few years…. Big lowboy 10-12 axle…. That oversize off the shoulder, has a “steerable” trailer…. It can be manually steered, or steered by remote…. That situation looks liked the trailer had a malfunction, either mechanical or human malfunction, and the trailer turned off on to the shoulder not the truck… A lot of time the rear pilot controls the axles on rear of trailer for corners.
