Dry is the point of the growth boom, the desert climate is ideal for storing materials for manufacturing, particularly electronics and machinery. Hopefully we get more flatbed loads and better rates coming out of there in the coming years. I am cautiously optimistic. As for people, they will live wherever the money is at.
I work for COTC as well. Even if the tread is legal. If the warping your seeing goes to the second layer of rubber then the tire is no longer legal. Just had a dot inspection. Tread was good but the second layer of rubber was visible and needed three drive tires replaced.
lol. I got one of the old blue Hornada trucks and trailers and I have been eating tires it seems lately. Winter is coming and having good new tires will help.
