Can you do a real-life imperialism next CFB season? Start with all FBS programs, and each game that two teams play against each other and win results in said school taking the other school’s land. Obviously, in this scenario, schools can take land that is not adjacent. Once a school loses to a land-owning school, they lose all their land to that school. The only catch is, if a school has no land but beats a school with land, they get their land and are back in the game. It’s likely that there is no “winner” at the end of the season, but it would be interesting to see what the map looks like at the end.

Fun idea: randomize the teams by overall. Higher overalls start on the east coast, weaker teams start on the west coast. No easy games until the East attacks west

Video idea: build rosters according to jersey/logo colours. Like all the best players from the red teams, blue teams etc and do a March madness type bracket
