Why is he appealing ????he had nothing to say to the lawyers when asked if he had a problem with anything ,,Answered NO to the judge.... Stop wasting time chunky ..

What bothers me is Lori gets jail time and Chad gets death. Seems like Lori is getting off easy

Yeah you'd think the prosecution buttoned everything up to prevent a successful appeal, but they didn't even get the date of JJ's death right in the charges. I'm betting Chad dies of old age in prison unfortunately.

I heard Pryor is planning to appeal the Idaho statute which didn't allow Daybell to have two additional attorneys which Idaho would pay for BECAUSE Daybell wanted to keep Pryor who was a private attorney. This was probably a defense strategy.

DP is basically total isolation and no contact by anyone .. typically they are taking to prison judge sentence person to ! 23 hours per day locked up and one hour outside in a cage .. that's only if theres enough staff !!! The only person DP inmates can see is the attorney . Some prisons allow family to visit but it's thru a window and only one hour visits . Thats if theres enough staff !!!! Dp prisoner does shower 3 x a week if there's enough staff !!!!! Dp prisoner does get 3 meals DP prisoner's when first arrives there is no TV no computer no laptop no books .. These are earned over many years !. It does take years to get a TV ... Everything is earned an it takes many years before warden approves it !. DP is for the people who took innocent lives .. Prison is not like a county jail cell Rules are strict and not many like them Adapting to it takes years an years .. Your only right is be there ! Food is typically cold and during summer its hot and winters bitter cold .. Again your only right is to be there Tax payers are not paying for your comfort!!! Your given a hand book and rules ... Writing tablet is not available until warden approves it ... Lawyers cannot help you get special privilege or treatment ! After many years , of being isolated you become very withdrawn and the only person your fighting is yourself ! The appeals an appelate court's take many years ! What does a prisoner do ?. They set stand sleep 23 hrs a day !. They are there to reflect on why they are there and understand that this is their life until they die !. The days of court most generally just mean the attorneys go to court in your behalf !!! Nope you don't generally go .. Why?. Bc it's not a trail !!. Most attorneys if paid by state come in after a month or so and go over the process of appeals and you sign whatever needed then he leaves ... Again the appeals process is years away ... So your only contact on person is just the attorney ?. Guards monitor your each move 24 hrs each day .. But guards do not put you on any special privilege !. They document your mood each hour ... The only place you go is to shower and your shackled going into an back to your cell ! A empty cell A trash can ( if warden allows it). A steel bed A thin mattress One sheet One wool blanket Commasary right takes a few months on DP row Family can put money on books for you but its limited amount !. When you do finally get writing tablet it's up to your family to provide stamps thru commissary methods .. TV!?? That typically takes long time Laptop takes up to five years and its programmed to only allow very specific programs such as church or PG movie if warden approves it ! Isolation no contact at all on the outside on DP row !!! Mail? Is read by guard and if you make any contact with those people warden tells you not to write to or all wardens know if its thru third party .. If you break the warden rules ... Its typically one year of TV or can be up to one year from going outside in the cage ! Understand this is the every day life an it doesn't get better .. You set there waiting to die !!! An you will die !! Most die waiting for appeals or appelate court's and even supreme Court ! Courts take it seriously and it does take ten years before your case is even looked at ! Appelate court's take longer !. But your there just waiting to die for the horrific crimes you committed An once you accept the truth of that ?. The only thing you can do is come to terms with death awaits you !. As time goes by , you'll see new DP prisoners enter an you'll watch them as others watched you accepting this is death ... Nobody put you there but you ! No matter what you cannot escape the boredom the reflections in your mind Your only escape is death !.

Why worry about appealing the case? Why worry about how long it takes? Are you trying to garner sympathy for this guy? He got a verdict from his peers. Case closed!
