How ridiculous the defense (He is a dam good lawyer) and ridiculous this un-necessary portion of the prosecution...The technology of GPS, Cell phones etc...etc...didn't even exist, not to vey long ago...So Lets use common sense...If the defense claims that Chad was not there at what ever times by unreliable technology...Then Alex Cox wasn't there either...What fool of a stranger would go onto someone else's property, dig holes, burn things, right next to the residence in the light of day, (At night, fire would light up the sky) also not knowing who is home...or might come home.. .So Chad had better confess his part along with Alex...Or...Without evidence of Alex being there using the same technology...Chad acted alone and did everything all by himself...
